Here in San Rafael, my lower story flooded and a ceiling is collapsing with water weight, I didn’t realize my roof was leaking, or maybe a portion of the roofing blew off in the early morning, it wouldn’t be the first time. I would love to see storm totals, I estimate we hav had 12” of rain here so far. I’ve never seen a heavier rate of rain, and these raindrops were weirdly huge, all day. At first I thought it was hail, until I went outside. The power is on, incredibly, after one outage and flickering lights all day.

The news has become so negative you can't even say positive things about us getting water! All you can do is exaggerate how "horrible" this rain it. Low visibility is nothing compared to the West Coast surviving.

please keep in mind the more concrete and pavement you have increase the more likely hood of flooding.
