    Ingredients:
    320 grams - pork collar
    1/2 cup - water
    1 tbsp - olive oil
    1/3 cup - garlic
    1 cup - shallots/onions
    900 grams - string beans
    1/2 cup - water
    3 tbsp - soy sauce
    1/2 tsp - ground pepper
    1 tsp - sugar
    1 tsp - chicken powder
    1 tsp - liquid seasoning
    1 tbsp - spicy chilis
    3 tbsp - vinegar
    pinch of ground pepper
    5 pcs - spicy chilis
    Cooking Time: approximately 30 minutes

    You don't need to add sugar in adobo. Filipinos really need to stop adding sugar to almost every dish. But, I do like this dish....sugar not necessary.
