    • @patpaiz5693
      @patpaiz5693 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A few years ago, we had issues with my grandchild being bullied at school. Of course this was a school that claimed it had a zero tolerance policy towards bullying, but this grandchild first of all had a cliff lip scar, is part of the LBGTQ+ community and had the misfortune of being a head taller and about 50 lbs heavier than the kids that were bullying them, so even from the beginning of the situation they knew that just because of the size difference alone they could not really do much to protect themselves. My daughter had gone to the school when the bullying started to try to get help about this child being targeted and it is so funny how incident, after incident of this child being tripped, push from behind, having thing thrown at them and no teacher or administrator ever saw a thing. But when out kid finally got slapped by a kid outside of a music class and they told the kid to leave them alone because they hated him and they wished he was dead, our kid got suspended. One thing that is a fact is that the bullies control the situation, and they don't bully where teachers can see their actions and hear their words. And they also don't bully around anyone who would stand up for the kid being bullied, either because they are surrounded by their buddies, or because the other kids don't want to be victims themselves. And I also tend to believe in more than a few cases teachers never see the bullying because the teachers have issues with kids that look different, act different, or just don't fit into their definition of normal. So, when I heard the bully part my heart went out to the son, and I don't think he needs any lectures from dad when mom was the one using force and being aggressive and all the kid wanted to do is get away from her.

      As a woman who has been married and divorced 3 times, I have to say I agree with you. I can totally see figuring out down the road you married the wrong person and I also do understand time and life change people and sometimes marriages end. But the truth is I do not believe that having an affair while being married is ever justified. I personally believe if you are no longer in love you go to your partner, tell them that the marriage isn't working, and you end it. To this day I do not understand how people who are struggling in a marriage can make the decision that bringing extra people into it with all of the extra lies and betrayal is a wise move. I found out that life is hard and marriage is hard too, and adding even more people and more drama into it isn't going to fix anything. People need to learn to be honest and call it quits when the love is over.

    Women who do this to men should have their parental rights stripped, they should have to pay back years of what child support would have been from birth until 18 years old to the man that they deceived and then I also think that they should serve prison time for paternity fraud. Last time I checked there was one man who served 5 years in prison for a child that he later found out was never even his. And not a damn thing was done to that stupid woman who did that to him. That man lost 5 years of his life and hundreds of thousands of dollars in child support to a kid that he knew from day one was not his but for some reason the Court's absolutely refuse to do a paternity test I think paternity test should be mandatory at Birth just to make sure if you have nothing to hide what do you care. Too many women get away with this. Because not only is the man utterly traumatizing destroyed by this but usually the children are as well and those deadbeats do not think about this when they do it because at the end of the day they don't actually care about the child if they did they wouldn't lie for all those years on who their father was.

    • @Phoenix-mh5eo
      @Phoenix-mh5eo 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Zurroundhe didn't pay child support, I believe. If this is the case I'm thinking of, the mother wasn't actually to blame for the confusion surrounding paternity (at least not in full, as I discuss below I don't know what the situation around the child's conception was). The testing facility messed up and said it was 99.7% his baby. Then later they tested him for a TV show and it found ZERO percent chance he was the father. The mother DID know who the actual father was when she found out who she thought was the father was not. Stupidly tragic all the way around. He lost 5 years of his life and probably some mental security, she missed out on having more financial support for her kid, and her kid probably thought it's father was a deadbeat who would rather go to PRISON than pay to support the kid
      And to be clear: I don't know the situation surrounding conception. I don't know if cheating happened or they were friends with benefits or what.

    Never, ever, EVER let a kid, no matter the age, ever get the idea into their head that they can not defend themselves against an adult because of who they are. They have EVERY RIGHT to defend themselves if and when they need to. How many kids and teens have been seriously harmed or unalived by a parent? They have all the right to defend themselves. Grabbing onto him like that and not releasing him is assault battery and unlawful detention he has the right to get himself out of the situation by any means necessary. Who knows what she would do if he hadn't. You did good. You didn't encourage the behavior but DID WELL letting him do as he needed to do and not making hom feel he did wrong. I dealt with a mother who was mentally unstable, to put it midly, she tried to kill me 4 times, or at least 4 that I am 100% sure that was her intention there were other instances but I cannot be sure of her intent then. I knew I could defend myself, I remember very little of my father, he died before I turned 6, but I still remember his lessons: don't eat anything she gives you unless it comes in a sealed package or she bought it WITH YOU at a restaurant, don't let her or anyone ever corner you and if you need to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS defend yourself. You are never to start fights or hurt others but if someone is trying to do something to you no matter who that is, defend yourself. It is these words that saved my life several times while I was in her custody. And they should be a lesson all children learn

The other common way is if someone uses their horn a lot, it will wear out. It sounds like he has been using it a lot prior to this incident and/or it's an older horn. His mother assaulted him by grabbing his arm so tightly that he could not free himself other than by pushing her, although he did try (lawyer's video of the incident will confirm this.) I keep saying it. There needs to be a national law that ALL births in USA (other countries should do this too but I have no say at all with that, at least as an American citizen I can vote) require DNA test to prove parentage. It seriously needs to be a law. Science and technology are way beyond just "trusting" that its your kid and the law needs to update itself for that.

    So she cheats lies to OP about it being his son and she’s a good guy. Even her own son doesn’t want to live with her and her new husband they had a chance to be happy and you don’t get it by walking over people. I hope those two never get their happy ending but I do want a good ending for Opie and his son.

    She can have happiness with Nathan, but that does not include Johnny. The fact they were going so low and lieing about things like that. All because she didn’t get the money she thought she deserved. She doesn’t deserve anything.

    The paternity thing really jumps the shark. Tests like this have a lot of double blind tests and paperwork for exactly this reason. They have to remain neutral to keep credibility with the courts.

    Make your mind up. First Johny shoved Megan pretty hard. Then Johnny only shoved her a little bit and Nathan was there to catch her so what difference does it make. Then Johnny goes back to shoving her hard. Solicitor was filming all this interaction in the beginning but what, did he stop filming before the shaking & shoving issue? I’m not even going to touch on the lab guy and OP only needing to tell his lawyer (with or without the camera) because falsifying documents for use in court is a serious crime, and lawyer would have got that ball rolling easy as pie. 😏

    S1 NTA) Your dad is a deadbeat dad and he closed his eyes to the abuse for years. Why do he think you should give him a chance when he never cared. Op get out that house as soon as you turn 18 and never look back at that family again. He still letting her rule him, the best revenge is living a good life. S2 NTA) Why stay with her? The wife expects you to stay with her in a dead relationship.

    The same laws that unfairly force men to support children that are not theirs work another way. After 14 years with his name on the birth certificate and supporting and raising him - the law says he is the father. He can get 50/50 custody too. His wife doesn’t get to kidnap his kid

    Who cheats and lies! Both the other people cheated and lied.aking this poor man raise and love a boy who wasn't his. So the least they deserve is to loss the boy. Having to pay for child support. They have been using that poor child and her soon to ex husband as an ATM and place holder.

    STOP lying to children that ¨violence isn´t the answer when there are times that it is the ONLY answer. This is why bullies are so bold with their abuse.

    The subject about how this is effecting Johnny should be a factor. He will get him therapy. They wouldn't. This is having a toll on the boy. The blood parents don't seem to care about his feelings. Treating him like a belonging not a human with feelings. That's not a parent.
