i loved this game when i was younger but its been so long id forgotten how to play, this is such a great video!! quick, straight to the point, and easy to follow, thank you so much for posting!!
I like this fast pace game glad you told me the extra rules I didn’t know before
This was the awesomest card game I ever played. So simple too.
I liked how easy your video was to follow. No fuss, just what we need to know. Thank you
Looooooove this game. Thanks for the simple explanation!
Great work!
thanks man!
I searched up “how to play speed” just because my friends would play it and I didn’t know how to lmao
Cheers, we played with our hands face up on the table from memory, but so great!
Thx for the guide
this is easier than reading wikihow lmao
Thank you for telling me
very clear instructions thank you
I REMEMBER THIS BUT I FORGOT HOW TO PLAY. IT WAS FUN! :DDDDD
omg sissy!! this video helped me and my lil bro so much! luv ya
Thanks for the clear and concise explanation!
Perfect instructions!
Thanks so much :o)
I used to play this as a kid and it was called Slap. Except instead of the game ending when you ran out of your cards, once one player ran out you would slap one of the two piles, aiming for the smaller one. Then you would each take your pile and start again. The game would end when one player ended up with all the cards, and said player would lose
That's a very similar game named Spit, not Speed. You can find a video of how to play in his channel too.
I used to play this in middle school and couldn't recall the set up or rules. Thank you for this, about to teach my son and destroy him 😂🧡
Guuhhhh!!!!! I just taught my oldest 2 and I mortal combat than butts now im about to finish my husband off😂
Nice!
You're the easiest to understand & explain the best. Thank you
Cool I learned a lot
My man!!
This game is fun but unfortunately you can have a huge run and be very far ahead. It’s a math style game. If your opponent doesn’t play cards you will eventually not win until he has equal cards.
What if when you get the same number card facing up don't you shout out something then the loser has to get the two piles add up on their own pile
Could I discard the following example: discard a 4 card, then a 5 card, then a 4 card in just ONE pile? Is this a valid way of playing? Thanks a lot.
I used to play this game in high school with my friends best years of my life..... before they released the smart cell phones cause in that time it was the flipping phones
I asked my gaming class what the object was: one kid said "dont look like this guy"
If there is a ace can we put A k or a 2s or only 2s?
Can I stack like 3+3+3 or only 4 and 2s
Can you play this without the Jack of Diamonds?? Need an answer ASAP! 😢😢😢
my teach taught me how to play this but it been a while
How can I play the joker and the king and the queen and a card write on it J???
so easy to understand now wow
Can i play this with more players
And this is how I lost friends
what if the outer piles are all used but you can still not play?
The way we always played it, when that happens you put all the played cards together, shuffle them, then place them down as if you're setting up the game. You'll end up with more than 5 in each stack, but that's fine.
Couldn’t have been more clear
i used to play this in daycare but we called it dragons furry since we had dragon playing cards plus we used 4 decks
now me and my sis can play! thank you! 👍👍❤️
Interesting
It good 😎
Now all we need is I and Show.
If your side piles are depleted then you reshuffle each and start using those? Won’t there be a different number in each pile, which makes it harder for one person to finish their hand as well as their side pile?
Hi!! Could you make a video on the game Flinch?? We lost the instructions, and there isn’t a great video on this one!
Thank you in advance ❤️❤️❤️
What happens if the person doesn’t say soeed
stupendous
Caution: HIGHLY ADDICTIVE 🤣
I'm a tad disappointed that you didn't explain this one faster than the others, but it's understandable considering the point of the video.
If I can put a 2 after a ace ,does that mean I can put a ace after a 2, to act as a 1?
Sounds kind of like war.
Can you put the same card down twice, like 3 aces in a row???
Depends on who you're playing with. Some allow doubles, triples, etc while others dont
@@victormurcia5845 yeah bcz doubles and stacking destroys the fun and competitiveness of the game
Linus deck tips
i play this game with my mom every day and i always beat her 😂😂
Thank you! I can't believe p[eople actually need this video but they do......:(
Thanks for cutting to the chase.
On another note: get on Stronglifts 5x5, get on a good diet, and get proper sleep. You'll thank me in a couple of years.
Almost reference of skip bo
I am speed
I. PlaY. Sped.
I watched this cause i forgot how to play lol
I have a question. What if both the players have the same cards that they are about to put down and they slap it down literally at the same time?? What do we do then. And we do not know who put it down first. I hope that makes sense
@@r.j6837 lmao you need to play speed irl to see what happens. It's part of Speed. This is what defines Speed. It's not boring WSOP level holdem poker!
So what's the point of spelling spoons then?
this is not how i grew up playing speed, wtf lmao
Jokers?
When I learned the game we used jokers as a wild. I would put my cards in order with the joker in front and put them down as fast as I could.
Good drinking game.
if you want a longer and similar game you should play spit! :)
a
