I'm currently doing a no-flyer* playthrough on Svartelfheim, and the most important thing I've learned when playing without flyers is to build a main base near to resources. Even then, I ended up building a railroad with a couple of spurs to the most resource-rich areas to help carry all the heavy stuff back to base - something you might consider on the Center. (*I recently finished breeding my boss armies, so as a reward, I allowed flyers on the map and tamed a 145 gryphon.)
I like the no flyers idea - seeing what creative ideas you come up with to tackle simple things with a flier is enjoyable. Keep it up! You could incorporate a series of zip lines at some point with towers - perhaps to move around your island or to other islands/areas you’ll need to frequent.
@@Jimbobsossoops - well I didn’t start playing ark until Fjordur and I’m enjoying Ascended through you and the boys videos. Too bad they don’t have horizontal rope bridges.
I took over that same area you are in on my group ASE server. I gated off the entrance to the bay as well but it is sooo big that sharks and rays just kept spawning in and killing all of my baby dolphins, frogs and sharks. I had dozens of other tames (Basilosaurs and sharks) on wander and aggressive but even they couldn’t keep the wild spawns out.
check out Cpt fatdoggs metal run slide. would be perfect for this play through. it’s super easy to build. allows you parachute with a crazy amount of metal.
You should ask your insurance for ways to reduce weight 😉 there're many reductions available just ask Martin. He knows better than anyone 😉😏 he'll give you best REDUCTION for stage you at rn. (Guys if you get shhhh he wants to figure things out. I just wanna give hint nudge nudge)

Does this version of ARK have Gliders?? FYI the Spiders poop silk. Wear the shield to tame a female use the female to tame a male. The female has an ability that pacifies the male so you can feed him.

Definitely alot more satisfaction when you figure things out on your own.

Zip lines, cliff platforms and other features don't come out till Aberration is released

I found out a little trick for spoiling meat quickly did you know if you put meat in the toilet the poo and flush it all the meat become spoiled
You could just split your stack, so all the meat will spoil all at once😊
