Your card is lovely. If you don't like the foam strips because you can see them, have you considered cutting the word out a few times and layering it so it is thick like a chipboard?
Hi Kristen, Yes I have seen that technique and haven't tried it yet. I have a card planned in the future where I have some ideas about that. . . Thanks so much for watching. Linda B.
Seems that you'd lose the ability to see the colored background if you did that. That's kind of what makes it so pretty - it's not just raised, but the color shows behind it.
I also have no idea Lilette. but I do like the look I think you could do the same with some interesting DSP as well. I may try that. Thanks for watching.
Excellent use of the painted harvest stamp set, love it. You could always color the edges of the foam strips with a marker. Beautiful card, thank you

Hi Darlene, Thank you, it was fun to make. Happy Crafting. Linda B.
I like the second card you did better because it had more stamping on the cardstock. Beautiful card.
Hi Jean, There is a delicate balance between just right and too busy. I appreciate your comment. Thanks for watching! Linda B.
Beautiful! You could always use the clear dimensional tape instead of the foam strips. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Clarelle. I don't know that I have seen a clear dimensional tape, thanks for the tip I will look into it. Thanks for watching. Linda B .
