I can see they actually tried with Miku V4C and V4 English. I actually think the English did turn out sounding like actual Miku. I’ve heard her sing in Japanese and I find little to no difference between V2 Miku and V4 English. We have to take in account that Saki Fujita isn’t a multilingual lord either. I actually liked the quality of the V4x of Rin and Len (NOT THEIR ENGLISH, I HATE IT) and V4x Miku has a really noticeable upgrade in quality. I think that they worked hard on Rin and Len’s V4 because of the massive backlash Luka V4x received. And I can tell they always try with Miku. It’s their most valuable property after all. Off course, that was a mistake and so they learned and corrected it.

This is unbelievably good! The tuning is on par with deco*27's, and the lyrics are great. My only gripe would be that the lyrics are difficult to see due to the colour matching the background, but other than that this is perfect.
