By watching this video you will know how to remember what you read. Alot of you may be going through school or university thinking how to remember what you studied or how to remember books you read, but the problem is your reticular activation system is not focused on them.
What does this mean? Well, your brain doesn't recognize that what you are reading is important for your life. This is how your brain focuses out all the information you get in a day that just isn't important for you. There's no point it remembering pointless information so it forgets it.
But this leaves you asking the question how to remember things easily, or how to remember things for a long time. And the answer to that comes with being "bought in" to what you're learning.
When your brain recognises that what you are learning is important then it will remember everything, sucking it up like a sponge.
The video will reveal exactly how you can do that.

The brain will remember if it's important.

Read books that you really think that it is gonna change your life and read reviews of the book that are saying really good things about it before you read, then i will be focusing all the important things and you will be able to remember it.

Hi Andrew, I had a life path similar to yours, I'm 18 and now it is more than a year that I changed my life thanks to philosophy, especially the ancient one. Your channel offers a lot of information that often helps me so I thought I'd return the favor, I just finished reading a book by Jules Evans, "Philosophy for life" and I think it's one of the basic books to read if you're interested in ancient philosophies (Stoicism, Epicurism, Socrates, Aristotle etc.) so if you want to take a look. Forgive me if I have any grammatical errors but I'm Italian and I still have to learn well.

I don’t like this. It’s ridiculous!! I know the non-fiction novel assigned by my English Professor isn’t urgent for my life survival and the book is SO BORING! I cant trick my brain into thinking that the book is not boring. Because obviously it knows it is! I needed to know a method of how to memorize the main points in chapters without having to take so many notes, not to know how to like a frikkin book!! Im tired of writing so many notes and yes, I don’t remember anything from them…
