Had my Streetfighter V2 ordered when this colour was announced. Green is my favourite colour and I think this looks great. I'd have been very tempted if I was ordering now, BUT this is my first Ducati so it had to be red.

Nice bike, my leg is smashed up right now after a car hit me, but got some great painkillers from the hospital, even though I won't be able to ride until next year now, I bought my first Ducati a 2019 Hypermotard 950 , one owner less than 3000miles and I got the the dealer to fit a full Termi system , something to look forward too in spring. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Mate thats bad but hey yeah at least you have the pain killers , been there, it does get better .. and the hypermotard is an awesome bike so you still have something to look forward to , especially with a system, already it’s turned out nice again :)
I’m pretty sure I was the first person to order this colour in New Zealand, but I have to wait until January. Can’t wait to visit ur ducati shop next year

Loving this Matt finish. Now im undecided between this or the Artic White Supersport. What would u choose , if ur 99% on road , about 1-2 trackday a year ?
It’s a hard choice , really the Monster would be the direct naked choice against the SS 950.. the SF V2 is a different machine all together.. me personally I’d have a naked bike just because I prefer them to ride, the super sport is comfy though , as I always say we are all different in size,how we ride, and what we want out of a bike , what I might find comfortable someone else won’t, best thing to do is test ride both and see how you feel on them
Actually love that green. In fact, if probably go for it over the red...I like the idea that it's a bit more subtle than the red. And I mean , what guy could complain about riding on jade...green. Riding on jade green. Totally what I meant.
The red wheel stripes are out of place and look a bit silly on a green bike. I’d definitely make those green along with your suggestions of blacking out the silver parts.
Yeah so would I .. think those little changes would make a big difference to the overall look, still like it though , it’s a bit different to all the red I see everyday

I used to like the Monster 821 in yellow, probably the only Ducati I’ve seen in that colour. They did a black version and a two tone black version, called Stealth I think. Not sure I like the green.
Yeah they done a few bikes in Yellow over the years, Lately they haven’t done too many yellow bikes, there is a yellow S rambler Icon , the black stealth 821 was a nice design , green looks good in the flesh, a little out of place surrounded by red Ducati’s but I think it look good

Yeah it was nearly 40 degrees here ( for one day) the other week.. was hot for sure but Paul is old so he collapses if he works and it’s over 21 degrees

Sat opposite the friendly salesperson I was, unaware that he had put decimal point in wrong place ,I put my card in paid the money. Oh machines playing up he said, need to do that again . So I did. Was a lovely morning,birds were singing , blue blue skies , looking forward to putting some miles on Pike . It’s Tuesday now , cloudy ,rained last 24 hours , money still pending somewhere ,definitely not in my account. Up in some far away cloud. £26840! Oh and the £2.640 that’s probably keeping it company eh? Calm I am CALM!!

@@ProjectMoto got the pikes peak today finally. Popped out and did first 200 miles this afternoon up around Glencoe up in the highlands. Love it. I shall def make trip to Chelmsford ,I’ll bring some proper biscuits with me. Keep the videos coming , top blokes. And Girls obviously 👍😊. Taff.
For Ducatis I’ve always been partial to high gloss red. Not a big fan of matt finish and although green is one of my favorite colors, this green Ducati would not be my color choice.
The green is not going to be everyone’s choice for sure, and there is also a lot of people who don’t like the Matt finish on paint , but hey it looks cool and it’s another choice, personally I thought Ducati would of done the white with red wheels maybe
I absolutely hate the green. You can either get the cliche, albeit classic red, or something that looks like it was pained with some leftover military matte green. I may be unrealistic with wanting a yellow SF V2, but silk white with red wheels isn’t asking for too much.
Tbh i was surprised they chose green as the next colour for the SF V2 , I thought it was going to be white with red wheels like the Panigale V2 .. maybe next time , I don’t mind the green though, looks good in the flesh
The green looks crap. Ducati need, badly, to bring back yellow. Meanwhile, up here in the North East, we are still waiting for the ever useless Ducati UK to have a dealership between Yorkshire and Scotland! Yup, Ducati UK stopped the main Newcastle dealer from selling Ducati...........without having a replacement dealership to take over. Consequently, the Ducati owners in the North East are expected to ride all the way across to Carlisle, Cumbria, for any servicing. Needless to say, I and other owners told Ducati UK exactly what they could do with that suggestion.
I quite like the green , the more I see it it looks cool , but then I’ve never been a fan of the yellow , but hey we all like different things , oh ok, didn’t know that about the problems in the north , guess there must be some reason behind it why a dealer hasn’t got Ducati anymore
@@ProjectMoto Seemingly, Ducati do not want dealerships that sell any other brands. That's fair enough. However, closing that dealership down without having one to replace it says it all about Ducati UK, imo.

It’s nice but one scratch or scuff in that matte paint and you have a problem. I own a 2016 Monster Dark so I know what I’m talking about 😅
