For panfish on small creeks I will usually run a dry dropper with a size 16 parachute of some sorts, usually just a parachute adams, and then some sort of attractor nymph size 18-20. The fish aren’t picky and I have throw the equivalent of yarn tied on a hook and caught a fish on every cast. Going with the smaller sizes is usually the most important factor.
