MAGGOT KLIP RIG
Maggot rigs are generally fiddly and time consuming to tie. You find yourself threading maggots onto sewing needles, then onto floss, only for them to burst and become useless. However, you can now create the ultimate maggot rig by incorporating the Maggot Klip. Simply tie the Maggot Klip to the end of your hair rig and you've got a very convenient medusa rig.
We've suggested a rig that we have confidence in for use with the Klip, but actually, you can use it with a range of presentations; so try it with your favourite rig.
Once the Klip is tied to the hair, simply undo the clasp; thread several maggots on one by one, which takes a matter of seconds, before clipping the clasp back into position. This allows you to recast quickly and use your time efficiently, making it a great match tactic or a rig to use when there aren't many nuisance species present. You can use this rig with a range of hook links and hooks so use trial and error to find out which one is best for you. Good luck!

for carp I use size 20 hooks with 1 to 2 red maggots and I get nice size carp
