Sanna & Adam's Wedding Featurette Film at Roslin Beach Hotel, Southend-on-Sea, Essex
It was really important to Sanna & Adam that Sanna's Kurdish heritage was represented on their wedding day. Though it featured in several areas (including Adam's Mum & Dad's outfits!), the most striking was in the Kurdish dancing to traditional Kurdish music (Halparke). The energy and power dominated the room and we desperately wanted to (as best we could) capture that atmosphere in their video.
The morning was all about fun, and Sanna enjoying time with her Mum and closest friends. There were a lot of jokes, and lots of laughter, followed by the emotional moment when Sanna's Dad saw her in her wedding dress for the first time. We loved the story of his nickname for Sanna, and wanted to dedicate a section of the video to showcasing their close relationship. Eagle-eyed viewers will notice him say this name during the dress reveal. (We've also got to mention the specific section we dedicated to the two Dad's amazing dance moves at the end of the night - some of our favourite ever!)
We have known Sanna for many years, and Molly's sister, brother-in-law, and nephew all feature in the video. It was a unique and memorable wedding we were honoured to film, and we are so happy that Sanna & Adam feel our videos have done their amazing, culture-rich wedding justice.
