Have been using Turo for nearly 2 years now. Once met a couple in Brentwood who put all 8 of there cars on Turo these included: 2 Land Rovers, Ferrari, 2 Porsches, 2 Teslas and a base model Lexus. Funny thing is they told me they just lived off he Turo money and the car that made the most on Turo was the Lexus lol
@@EatSleepDrive I was afraid that my comment would get buried in the 718 video so I'll tell you here. The last generation Cayman (981) has an amazing engine with a nearly F1 sound. I think that you find a manual 981 amazing as it is a 718 without the issues as you name here.I think it would make a great fit for your channel as well. Definitely one of my dream cars
@@John-ds3kj I do really like them. I would say the only thing that has stopped me to date is they are still quite expensive an given how fasts cars have gotten lately, it might lack the straight line speed I'm looking for. I know that may sounds a bit shallow but this GT350 is spoiling me in many regards. Still, I appreciate the suggestion and I would not be surprised at all if a 981 was in my garage in the bear future.
I'll definitely use Turo again. I don't think I could ever let a strange drive my car. The only way I would get involved hosting would be if I bought a car and dedicated it to Turo. More of a business thing and wouldn't associate it as my car per say.. if that makes sense.
Nice car bro! I've been considering renting some Turo cars to do more reviews on my channel. The issue I've had with them is that all of the interesting cars are in NJ and NYC which would require driving them an hour or so out here to CT. I've even seen a 2017 911 Turbo on there for rent before! That would be amazing.
Where are you going to go on Saturday mornings in Cincinnati now that Fuel Coffee is gone? Too bad I never got to meet you down there when I could take my GT with me. (I had my daily with me last time. ) I wanted to hear your GT350 after you got the resonator out.
EatSleepDrive , haven’t heard anything about it. I know there is another “cars and coffee” somewhere around Erlanger, but I hear it isn’t actually AT a coffee shop (I was told there is a Starbucks nearby, if you want coffee??), but I’ve never been. It’s too bad Jason had to close Fuel, but since they put in the bike lanes and cut his weekday business down by reverting traffic to Columbia Parkway, he really had no choice. I’m sure this NEVER ENDING crap weather hasn’t helped either.
I could never understand why you can't do a nationwide search for a specific model of car. Can you do that on the app? If not, they are leaving a lot of money on the table.
Google: "car make and model" + " the word Turo"... sometimes, you can find some hidden gems by doing that. If no results, try to remove the year of the vehicle.
Superb car experience!

In the right market I think it can be pretty lucrative. Funny about the lexas though, probably because it never breaks and is always on the road haha
You are one of my absolute favourite car youtubers. Love your style of content. Looking forward to more of your content
Thank you!

Yes it's Friday and time for my favourite car channel. Thanks dude.
Tried one but was very uncomfortable with the host so I canceled
I've used turo twice now to rent a hellcat charger, and a mustang gt500. I was very satisfied each time.
Thanks for answering my questions
So would you do it again? Have you ever thought about putting your own cars on their site?

Corvette for $68??? WTF...around here people want more than that for clapped out 325's.
Hmm I wonder if Turo has a 993 with 6sp manual where I live.
I don't often see older cars on Turo, but you should check. Everyone needs more aircooled Porsche in their life.

Apparently Little Miami brewing is going to have a cars and coffee see. Look out for info on that within the coming month. That might be my new spot

Nope you can't. And I 100% agree with you. The searching in general is terrible

You can do it now
