can plow this into ground when it is 60 or 70 days after i put seed in ground? i think to use as a "green fertilizer", on a land that never had manure before, and grow grass after i plow this sunn hemp down... this sound like a good idea?

Onward to Innisfree depends on the stage of growth. If it is has put on Seed the stalk is going to be a little tough to mow down as it can become a little woody. Anytime before that though you can mow it or graze it.
I had some that was around 2 1/2 months old that was at the flowering stage. I mowed down with a brush mower on a 40h tractor then tried to mulch it with my BCS 749 and flail mower. I noticed the stringy ness of the Sunn hemp really didn’t not cooperate with the flail mower teeth. Had some issues with it binding up.
Can you roll it down late in the fall and use it for mulch when planting strawberries

@Green Cover Seed how well does Sun hemp terminate with crimping? Does it take 1 or a 2nd pass a week later to kill it?
Can you dry the stem & throw in into a wood chipper?

When legume plants begin to form seeds, it pulls out the N from the roots which is bad if you want to save it for next years crop
