I read this book 4 years ago and was so inspired that I followed her steps on counting the $20 thousand dollars and won exactly that amount in the lottery 30 days later. It was amazing.

Regarding the simultaneous positive and negative thoughts; We can multitask and have very many levels of thoughts simultaneously - and even conflicting thoughts. Eg: Most conscious thought and feeling "Oh I love this person I have just met!" next level thought "But I am afraid of him because he is so physically strong - what happens if I upset him?" and so on. In those days they tended to not talk about vibration. So what this text you have read from Ms Behrend is saying "You can only hold one VIBRATION at one time". In other words, of the multiple tasks and thoughts that we feel, there is a DOMINANT VIBRATION in each moment which can only be EITHER positive OR negative. It might shift in each second, from positive to negative, but the vibration can only be one thing. This is why in this kind of work, the practice becomes so important, to hold the positive vibration/thought to train our choices and concentration to hold the vibration that we want consistently.

    and that's just one situation...

    28:50 me too Brian!
I'm literally going through that right now. I am looking at a situation which I'm desiring but im having BOTH the positive and negative outcome thoughts. And i really just want it to be positive.
Even though its not a financial situation, i think I'll apply Genevieve's method at the start and literally just imagine the positive outcome, daily for the next two weeks. I'm going to test this.
As Neville Goddard says, let's stay in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
Lol, I do the same - i can read, listen to music, cook and have a meaningful conversation all at the same time!
Ive been told I'm being dismissive and avoidant
I was told I'm being rude.
I've tried just focusing on just one thing, but then I sort of feel bored.
Don't know if anyone else has experienced that.
I have felt so disconnected at times from life because I'm not "normal".
Thank you for sharing this. Now I know that its an actual superpower.
PS! I love this episode. I'll be reviewing it soon again as its quite deep to just intake in one sitting.

I have adhd don’t know if that matters, but, I also can think multiple thoughts and simultaneously have conversations with myself in my head and be listening to someone else speaking to me. Or listening to a book & reading one etc also. I think it’s honestly that we’re tapping into our gamma brains and using both sides which allow us to think hear or do multiple things at once.

I was having trouble activating my cellphone, for two weeks… I literally work at a mobile phone company listening to people complain about this very issue. I realized pretty quickly my energy was probably mucking it up. I could hear all the reasons why others devices wouldn’t activate . So Saturday I walked around saying of course my phone is working perfectly and this morning, Sunday, in less than five minutes I got my phone activated all by myself following the instructions on a website. Got my iCloud loaded and everything.

In my opinion, thinking you think multiple thoughts at once isn’t really true. I personally believe it’s thoughts rapidly shifting so quickly it seems like we are thinking multiple thoughts.
This is possibly what is allowing highly intelligent people to multitask during their day and complete more tasks. I think of thoughts like a conveyor belt. Maybe that conveyor belt is going top speed ? If thoughts are feelings… it could be easier to shuffle through them rather than having to analyze and read each one.
Thankful for your content, Brian. ❤

29:30 Indeed, since our brains process information at the speed of light, then even faster when practicing mindfulness and inner-conversations - we can then process multiple thoughts at the same time, caveat is that, like a magnifying glass, it wont be as powerful YET it can work out the multiple interconnecting of multiple subjects/ideas in relationship to your being.
So it all depends on what you desire to accomplish:
Work on a desire: Maximum processing focus with some leftover for minor topical connections.
Inner inquiries: Split up that processing between the many subjects which then eventually leads to a large crescendo.
Of course, grain of salt on this since we all process differently due to our different contexts.

More, according to the variables, your mind and brain may be either focused or receptive, each with its characteristics. For me, understanding the mechanics of how my mind/brain works was a big breakthrough.

Hi Brian, I have discovered your channel a week ago, simply loving it !! 👏
Regarding “holding different thoughts at the same time”, you may refer to the following:
there are 2 process of thoughts that has been recognised :
linear thinking = one idea at a time. 80% of the population
Arborescence thinking = like a tree with branches, one idea leads to another to another …
    20% of the population
We find this mode of thinking for some people with ADHD, multipotentialite or high intellectual potential or the neurodiverse community.
I am Multipotentialite and highly sensitive myself :)
Fee free to let me know if it helps 👍
Keep going the great work !

Brian Scott, I want to respond to your questions at minutes 29. The way I think is set up in 9 TV screen in a dark room which all if those screens are constantly going. These screnes each display completely different subjects. What's interesting is that I discovered away to think a few months ago. The way I found it was in the books that I read are primarily college level mathematics and quantum physics and I found that whatever equation or quantum system (which is a situation or graph set to many equations) that the book I'm reading is depicting there is a projection of it running in my mind. Whatever new information I inquire it adds on to the system. The protections come from my third eye. I have developed a way to look into a different dimension or to simulate these systems. The way I see these projects is a triangular hole that has a purple glow which the hole is 3 inches proud of my forehead. The actual simulation is set in a white grid with black background. The way I imagine it is akin to how space and time is depicted like how different shows represent it.

Since our Consciousness is not linear but Global then we can be aware of multiple broadcasting that is all going on at the same time. Imagine you can hear all the radio stations at the same time, this would be disturbing for some and for others it is like standing at a buffet and seeing all the food selections at one time. Are we overwhelmed? or do we get to make the selection we want? It really doesn't matter that I can be aware of multiple trains of thought, I don't have to ride all the trains at the same time.

I have secondary and sometimes tertiary thoughts. There is a whole train of consciousness behind my forward thoughts and I can usually get the just of it but not a concrete thought. More of an overall impression of an idea.

I have multiple thoughts at the same time. And they can be opposite to each other. I feel like my mind explodes into fractals and it is hard to narrow my focus.
In school it was easier for me to be listening to a science lecture while doing geometry problems. Almost as if … I could concentrate on both better…. Because having my attention divided at least gave me a focus on only two things instead of many.
Never thought of it as a ‘superpower’.
The other day I was listening to a book on my iPhone, while doing a crossword puzzle and my spouse was watching jeopardy. I would occasionally answer questions on Jeopardy.
I had a friend who once told me … if I would finish just one of my sentences (multiple thoughts) he could figure out what I was talking about. 😂
My thoughts come out in such a rush that even I can’t figure it out. 😜
It’s almost like I have to DISTRACT myself in order to pay attention to what is being said … thus I take lots of notes while listening.
Doubt any of this makes sense to anyone.
And my tinnitus is in the form of hearing either ocean waves or orchestral music.
Silva Method Meditation seems to help. And I’m not a great meditator. Helpful for me to do walking meditations.

I have nultiple thoughts at the same time. I read a book while listening to a different audiobook at the same time.

that affirmation is too complex. I'd prefer the good ol'- "I'm one with the source and everything is always working out in my favor"

How can you prove that you can have more than one thought at a time

I can have multiple at the same time. It generally makes things more complicated for me

I agree about the multiple thoughts but IMO they are static I can’t progress them at the same time
