Depends on what you want to do after PG , life science course is pretty limiting with little scope for research. On other hand biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology and biotechnology offers great scope for R&D or any company jobs . If you want become an academic (professor, lecturer, teacher etc) life science is the option, but then again there's a reason why so less number of universities offer this course coz it's almost saturated
