No for CRM (in the sales context) we use Pipedrive
Main reason being not having 2 way email sync is a deal breaker for us. Actually evaluating new CRMs right now and thinking of either attio or breakcold

And also, do you use Pipedrive CRM for you clients to track their cold email leads till the leads convert to an appointment?

E-Mail reminders pre call? Yes we do
We book all calls trough calendly and send 3 reminders. Either the prospect fills out the calendly themselves or our appointment setter does it
