New to Me - Ford Avalon Road hidden Trail

Many time have I ridden along Ford Avalon Ride, But today I discovered a track that runs beside the road just off into the bush ... It doesn't look like its well used.
In fact there must be a trail that runs from the roundabout on Boundary Rd all the way at least to the Daisy Hill MTB area.
There is a conservation area that I tagged at the end of the video and this where I parked the car before heading out.
There are some seriously steep gravel hills along the route taken by the high tension power lines. I didn't include that footage.
