Hi milly chebby. I'm a huge fan of your recipes. So for this one I have a simple question. I'm a young girl(13yrs old) and I like what hing your videos so so much so that I could cook them for my mother. She is acidic and whenever she takes food with raw garlic it burns her SO much. Is it optional?

I completely hate handling of food with such looooong nails as you do. Such talons are used to remove the ugly sticky stuff from the nose. They also scratch itchy sweaty armpits and other parts of the body, remote and non-remote. It is obvious that those structures increase the amount of surface area of the hand that can attract and hide dirt (bacteria and other germs as well as cocktail of concoctions that ladies use on themselves, etc etc etc ). These are freely donated to the food, definitely increasing the ingredients.

Very well. BHAJIA is north Indian tea time snack.
Finely chopped onions
Chickpea flour
Rice flour
Dry coriander flour
Jeera
Halifax
Salt
Mix altogether overnight n deep fry next morning.
The word itself bhajia(deep fried onion snack)and dhania(coriander) are Indian words.
Try this next time.
