Thanks for sharing. Brings back many fun memories. I worked at PTT from late 1981 to early 1983 where we build all the animation characters, lights, sound, for about 600 locations. Was a lot of fun working with a creative group during that explosive growth period, before the ShowBiz buyout.
Oh damn thank u for sharing ur story I love hearing stories like this :), 1981 means u either worked during late portrait locations or balcony stages right? Damn that sounds amazing
@@BoilingjeromeASF Yes, I visited the first location on Winchester Blvd many times in 1978-1980. Then was employed by PTT in late 1981 when there were about 5 to 6 locations, and left in early 1983 when there were over 600 locations, some international. A fun experience building all that and working with creative folks.
Can’t wait for this! I’ve been following the cec fandom for a while and you help me give random information about the company that nobody else I know wants to hear.
I understand removing the lamps from the stage but I really wish they kept the actual road portion of it. Sad to see this stage type close to being all gone now :(
If you haven’t already, you should check out the Murrieta, California. It has a “In Pizza We Trust” wink at the top of the stage. It houses a 1-Stage with Cyberamics. It is one of its kind, it is unique and is a great stage overall. If you have visited, I hope you enjoyed your visit and experience.
I wonder how difficult it was to program for all of the different shows - some with half bodies, some full bodies, some with full movements, some with half movements, etc?
They program the 3-stage (CEI) bots in house and they use a program to "dumb it down" for the cyberamics. Also, the legs for cyberamics are purely cosmetics, so all of them are half-bodied.
Yeah, the same problem I've run into at several LA area locations. They say you need permission from corporate to film but I've tried reaching out to corporate multiple times and never get any answer from anyone there. I've never had problems anywhere else in the US except LA area, but I'm sure they've had their share of short films and movies trying to film in their restaurants for free and I'm certain that is why they have that policy there.
@@SetsStreetsEats Yeah, it's basically the whole "3am at CEC" videos on TikTok that made most of the LA stores not wanting to film, you should definitely go to the CEC in Bridgewater, NJ, and we're the last store to have an interactive console.
Yeah for sure. In fact, several CECs around the LA area definitely kicked me out for filming, but outside of LA I really haven't had much of a problem.

That is such a cool life experience to have!

Lol I totally understand that I'm constantly dropping CEC knowledge to people and they just blink at me lol
i’m glad they got fixed
OMG! This is one of my local stages. Glad you went there
Bear going away this month
Fun Fact: after I visited you in Stevenson Ranch, I came here right after!
You should come to the CEC location in Muncie, IN. It has a Studio C Cappa stage, and is my local Chuck E Cheese.
Just went to huckleberry junction playhouse theater! It was awesome. And the dixie diggers where also awesome!
I love that place!
i couldn’t wait for this! awesome
What a beautiful stage!
i think i went to the one in canada! i remember going to this stage in canada. it was so cool finally seeing the whole gang performing!

Yes, I really enjoyed that stage. The video will be out in a couple weeks 🙂
@@SetsStreetsEats Thank you so much, im personally glad you enjoyed it. I’ll be looking forward to that video to release!
Awesome

Yes I did and I agree!
Great video!! Towards the end...they had a problem with filming at West Hills?

Did you go to sun valley ?
Yep 😁
West Hills wasn't a Pizza Time Theatre if you're wondering. Great video.
Ah, ok. Thanks for letting me know!
This location opened in the Summer 1992
You know it’s a good location when they are moving
I’m pretty sure that one of the Mississauga Ontario Canada Chuck E. Cheese’s has a road state show still…
No filming! 😂 I'm curious have you had that happen before at a CEC?
Yeah for sure. In fact, several CECs around the LA area definitely kicked me out for filming, but outside of LA I really haven't had much of a problem.
I used to have a Road stage for one of my local CEC But unfortunately they got 2.0
You should go to the cec in la Mesa CA it is the worst condition stage around
La Mesa is supposed to close later this year and relocate to Santee for 2.0 remodel.
cool
stage
does anyone know where the canadian one is?
All I know is it somewhere in Ontario Canada.
@@SetsStreetsEats thanks i live in ontario i will need to look for more info maybe call around thanks
@Random stuff 2 reboot thanks for the info have you been?
Chuck's body turn looks concerning
It’s virtually frictionless. Not often do you see one that works that well. It’s adjusted too fast though
@@showbizwisconsin8350 If they don't fix it it could mess up the bot. That's why it's concerning.
I hope this location doesn't get a 2.0 remodel
They also told you to stop filming?! This is stupid why are locations telling us stop filming their show
Exactly especially if its one of the last
😮
😮
Thats the one next to the target right? I dont want these guys going dance floors are lame
😊
Yucky Sneeze Was Filmed In Front Of This!
Don’t you mean Yucky Cheeze
I own almost all of this stage
I wanna see , do you have any socials ?
I'm pretty sure they're dead :(
Nope, not at all!
@@SetsStreetsEats Oh yay they got fixed
