Asantehene Osei Tutu I in Asante history narrated how he met Okomfo Anokye, our Asante history and our ancestors all tell us how Okomfo Anokye is from Awukugua, why do you want to change that now? All the stuff you're saying has never been heard by any Asante, Manhyia has never told us about what you're saying.
Owuoso town dont justify Okomfo Anokye is from Agona. During that era Okomfo Anokye had already fought and won all the battles with Asante, he had already done everything he had to do within his power, he knew the only thing he hadn't been able to conquer was "DEATH" so he went for that and never returned. History tells us Okomfo Anokye's family in Awukugua didnt like him. That’s why Okomfo Anokye never returned to Awukugua and also the family never went to Asante to look for him, this is still very normal in our present day lives, there are so many families that dislikes certain family members. There are so many Ghanaians that have passed away even in abroad and their families didnt want the body back in Ghana, not because those people's families couldn't afford their funerals in Ghana, but they dislike such people because they couldn't take care of the families back in Ghana. Asantehene himself said his best friend Okomfo Anokye is from Awukugua. This story you're telling can never change anything.
