I made it today and it was really good. I used regular meat (veal with bone) I didn’t make stock just grind coriander seed and bay leave with garam masala.it was outstanding nihari recipe.thank u so much for sharing this recipe.

These are north indian food you won’t find that authentic in Mumbai, although you can try in muslim areas of Mumbai. Delhi darbar, shalimar , nazari at bhendi bazar , mumbra , kurla etc areas have great taste nihari.
Bht behtreen ziaqa tha meri nihari ka.. quantity maine ghost k hisab sy kam krli thi.. maine shadi k bad pehli bar bnae thi.. or bht mazedar thi MashaAllah... Allah apko bht khush rkhy or tamam mushkilen dur kary.. ameennnn
