I.T.dept. my AIS of FY2023-24, wrongly reflect, the residential property sold two times, means sale proceeds clubbing two.
In maharastra, first Agreement for Sale is registered and then final Sale Deed is registered.
The AIS is showing this transaction , as if, two seperate properties are sold.
How to get it corrected.

@@expertcasachin थैंक्स sir, my concern is not about capital gains (3 years), the concern is about : According to Section 80C of the Income-tax Act, 1961, if you sell a house, purchased with home loan within five years from the end of the year in which it was so purchased, all the tax benefits you have availed of in respect of repayment of such home loan under Section 80C will be reversed and shall become taxable in the year in which you sell the flat.
Query: क्या ये 5 साल है या 3 साल, if 5 years, तो क्या 5 साल खतम होने से पहले agreement to sale register कर सकते हैं, और sale deed रेजिस्ट्री 5 साल पूरे होने पर .. ताकि होम loan tax बेनेफिट reverse ना हो
