It was quite a long pause after my last track, isn't it? :D
So I've decided it's enough of silence, let's start this beautiful day with fresh new UT99 remix!
This time my patrons voted for one of the most energized track of the whole UT soundtrack, it was a great joy to work on it. Also it's hybrid track again, some kind of drum-n-bass-trance amalgam xD I really like the sound of original tune.
As for remix sound it's totally up to You to decide, thank You for Your comments and paying attention ^_^

Actually, I have to love every track I remix since it's not working for me to take as a base some uninteresting material %)
So I listen every track trying to find it's great sides and the sides I see the potential to enhance a bit ))
So it's just logical - I remix the whole UT99 soundtrack so I love every track in it xD
But without sugar coating I really like some tracks more than others. My top favorites are Colossus, Firebreath, Foregone, Mech8, Phantom and Three Wheels Turning.
Music in unreal gets you in the mood to frag some players
If Epic Games ever decidse to make a Remake of the original UT Tournament, this Track needs to be in there. Its so loyal to the original Run, full of Energy and it sounds awesome. So muich love to this track and this supreme Remake. Kudos to you Necto!

Ахуенно! Бочка, стринги, всё гармонично и как будто дополняют оригинал. Как будто послушал любимый ужатый трек в флаке, но во всех смыслах! Один из лучших ремиксов. Возможно даже лучше оригинала, но оригиналы уже давно стали по родственному близкие. А этот прям олицетворение того каким бы я хотел видеть ремейк 99-го Анрила.

Song is amazing. Reminds me of the first time I played UT in 1999 and this song came on and I was like HOLY COW this is insane! because All I had knowledge of was the original Unreal game, and this was so fast and intense! They don't make games like this anymore. Simple.
Now everything is 666FPS hyper animation *cough*COD,VALORANT*many others*Cough
I would have sped up the montage of the running in this video. This is like how slow RP walking is in WoW.

Duuuude... I'm an oldschool FPS gamer (35 atm) and these tracks take me back to my best memories of old UT99! I wish these were included in the new UT game along with remade versions of the old maps. Either way, thanks for your work!

Amazing track as always. Look forward to every one that you handle. Been an Unreal player for over 10 years now and this stuff takes me back considering UT99 had so many diverse tracks of all varieties. Its actually pretty tough in my mind to remix a track and still manage to keep the soul of the original. To that I say well done, well done indeed. A challenge perhaps, and one I'd love to see how you tackle it, is a remix of Engima, or Seeker.

Bursted out laughing when you started running in NMS, of all things.
Personally, I would've joined a MonsterHunt server in UT99, load the LongCorridor2006 map and run there for this clip.
xD Yep, it was my weird decision, I found NMS landscapes quite unreal-istic (in meaning of "good fit" xD) for the visual. Maybe I was too naive with it ^__^
HAH! can't belive I didn't know of these remixes until today... just the other day, not even a week ago I was playing no man's sky, while having some UT99 nostalgia and had the UT99 OST playing in the background and commented with a friend on discord exactly this (I can't believe how perfect UT99 OST goes along with NMS) and now I see this :D
Haha, the same for me. Once I've done Run remix I immediately picked up in my mind the footage for the clip - running through the NMS weird planetary environments I found quite proper O:-)
There's more creativity in this video using NMS footage than there is in the real game.
Whoa! Thanks so much )) But the game itself is also pretty curious. I've played it a little and since it appeared I was away from that "global lie" discussion over No Man's Sky I found it very interesting to explore ;) Great loneliness feeling in this game, I like that feeling much %)
The background chorus which starts at around 2:04 should have been an exact high-res adaptation of the original, in the organic tone, like how you did for the tunes in Nether Animal... also the bass freq could be a little lower.. other than that no complaints, excellent as usual, and I hit Like.

Better than the original, I really like this style of UT99 music. Run and Botpack 9 are the two tracks that I associate with the cities of UT and they are both very fast paced tracks.
Also, I would love to hear a remix of Save Me or Razorback, if they're not already in the works.
And I'm just going to put it out there; I really like NMS.

Originals are the best, unbeatable. But this is awesome in its own right.
Just modifying the melody ever so slightly and adding more trance'y synth between 2:22 and 2:41 makes such a simple yet powerful change. Especially at the little climax. It's my favorite part, aside from the whole song being amazing.

This and Nether Animal were always my favourite of the UT99 tracks and this is just fantastic man, great job. Even more upbeat than the original and the DNB beats sound even better in my opinion. Hard to beat that original chorus though.

How long do these vids take to make btw?
This particular video took 3 days (nights) to make. One evening for running through the planets, one evening for picking good takes, preparing elements (music, intro, outro images) and one for editing
