You should definitely up the music volume. The OSTs are bangers, especially when you get to future areas of the game. Boss fights sometimes have their own theme songs, just like in Genshin. Great video overall though, glad you enjoyed the game.

@cresselia3553 yea I remember testing it out. Played awhile on 1x then sped it up for awhile. Afterwards everything just felt like it was going half speed all of a sudden

Just so you know you can tell if you got the five star by how blurred the ticket is when it's flying towards the train.

It can be a bit difficult to see it first. But if you look at the ticket at the beginning, you can see it looking slightly different by it being more the rainbowy, distorted while it's flying towards the train. I wish I could put images to show you exactly what I mean. But try to imagine if you were to see double vision from being dizzy. You probably see multiple of the same thing in front of you.That's the best I can explain what it looks like. You could probably look it up in google images if you're really curious to see exactly the difference. Honestly, the standard banner 5 star ticket is even harder to see because because it's not nearly as noticeable for whatever reason. Hope this helps.
And an addition, the melody or arpeggio of the soundtrack goes up to down when it's a 5 star, and goes down to up when it's not

@faexfiction635 simplest way to put it is that the distortion on the ticket at the beginning is more distinguishable, as in the distortion is nearly solid for a fiver while it's more or less faded for anything under

One thing this game has over genshin is that you get hyped for 4 star units, because they are all usable......Except for Arlann, he is basically prototype Blade

apparently arlan was really broken in beta, so they nerfed him pretty hard before release 💀
Here all the information you need to know about each path that characters are following:
(Sorry if i dont write correctly the exact name 😅)
- Nihilyti : Its a path where Basically the character infused to the enemy: cancer all the worst illness 😂 (ex : reduce def of the enemy and more) which is really useful!
- Eredution : The character can hit all of the enemy depending if its happens on their ult, skills or follow up attacks.
- Abundance: simple the character is the healer
- Hunt : the character attack only a single enemy
- Destruction: for some character when they loose some hp they do more damage
- Preservation : The character is a shield 🛡
- Harmony: a buffer character!
Thats all you need to know ! 😊

In simpler terms
Abundance = healer
Preservation = tank
Nihility = debuffer
Harmony = buffer
Hunt = single target damage dealer
Erudition = multi target damage dealer
Destruction = versatile dps that is good for both single target and aoe but usually has some kind of gimmick Or unique limiter In their kit to compensate for it.
Although, Nihility is quickly becoming almost exclusively the DOT path.

I would love to see more of your star rail playthrough, the story (especially belobog one is just so incredible).
Btw, they used AI for the mouth to sync all languages automatically. So the newest voices will also always synced up.
Belobog and Penacony are my favorite areas.
The Loufou has the terrible fate of being in between the two.
Yo, its cool to see that Arryn Zech was your reason to give HSR a try. When I first saw Black Swan i thought "yeah, looks cool" - when i saw her element and path (wind, nihility) I thought "hey, i want this character, i love DoT teams", when i then saw her trailers and noticed a familiarity in the voice... and looked it up... i was SUPER EXCITED about her. So that constant increase in hype was one of my most crazy experiences with this game so far. :D

BTW, there's another little mobile game that came out before and funded _Genshin_ . It's called _Honkai Impact 3rd_ . They just started the story for Part 2, which has new characters in a new location, so if you're curious about this action game, it's a pretty good time to start. Can't argue with the event and log-in rewards.
To access the Part 2 content, you will have to get your account to Level 30. This takes between 3 and 4 hours depending on how much skipping you do, but only if you follow the Starter Manual. The Part 1 story starts off slow as you learn game mechanics and all that, but it's also worth playing through.
As for the gacha, the play is to focus on Senadina's banner first. At the very least, you need her and Helia. Once you have them, you can go after their equipment. You only need their weapons because their stigmata / artifacts / relics are forgeable. And you get Coralie and her rocket hammer from playing the Part 2 story. Her stigmata are part of the log-in events, and they're fully leveled up. Getting Songque is completely optional. Even starting this late, you still have a good chance of fully gearing this team without paying a cent, or so I believe.
I hope u continue uploading play throughs. This was very entertaining and well-edited. Congrats on black swan! That’s some godtier luck. Really looking forward to more of this

One of the biggest things is that the main character acutally responds to whats happening most of the time even if its a little frown or a head nod,it gives them a lot more personality then the straight face of the tavelers in genshin, no offense though

Also, you should pull on the beginner banner, you are garunteed a 5* after 50 discounted warps, which is 40 tickets.
the only issue I have with this game is lack of Action Button from the actual fight. Basic, Skill, Ult kinda stale. But the reason why I don't play turn-based game with much more action is that HSR look more beautiful aesthetically.
Btw , you should turn of the double speed when you want to experience new characters ablities... well thats what i do

i started 7weeks ago, and got kafka AND black swan within my first 20ish pulls. and after that thus far ive gotten black swans light cone, bronya, bronyas light cone and sparkle AND her light cone.
i mean, i got both blade and welt in one ten pull (welt after blade so got a guarantee as well) after returning back to the game in 1.2
they probably make the chances of a five star a lot higher for new players cus i got welt on my first pull and the dr ratio or whatever his name is on like my second or third

idk if u know but there is also the houkai impact 3rd game, as a hi3 player i dont think there are that many similarities between it and houkai star rail but some of the characters have similar names and appearance

Yea you are right for eg. Himeko, Welt Yang and Bronya, Seele is the same characters we saw on HI3 now there is no confirmation yet that HI3 lore is connected to HSR so idk like they are connected or not.
@@atomicfist5738HI3, hsr, genshin, and the other hoyo games(forgot if ToT, GGZ, etc r on the tree) r all connected by the Imaginary Tree with only welt and void archives actually coming from HI3 to hsr

Welt is literally the same Welt from HI3. His backstory is references in quite a few places if you know where to look.
