    Please note .. at 6:50, NORMSDIST(1) = 0.841345 instead of 0.773373. The calculation otherwise is correct. i.e. 1 - 0.841345 = 0.158655. The present figure in the video is a typo error. The calculations and commentary in the video remain unaffected.

    sir i tried using poisson distribution to predict the number of calls at a call center in a day..but when i calculated the probability i get 0.00004 like values

      Please check the data and input values as per definition and as required in the equation. Sometimes low probabilities are not uncommon!

    I think there's an error in 6:50 , it's supposed to be 1 - 0.841345 = 0.158655

      Samuel, Thanks for pointing it out! 👍 I checked that the calculation has the correct figure i.e. 0.841345. Hence, we get, 0.158655. However, not sure how this got missed out in the Slide. Probably, too much sore eyes with the editing 😀. The rest of the calculation and commentary is accurate and not affected! 👍👍😀
