T28 and T95 are TWO NAMES FOR THE SAME VEHICLE. World Of Tanks lied to you, they made two tanks out of one. They removed outer tracks from the original T28/T95 (the real tracks were detachable for easy transport), changed its front armor and got a non-existent vehicle they called T28.
