Great to see a 2020 model so soon. It might not be to everyone's taste, but I love that it stands out from the rest. I like the exterior and the light-coloured interior and modern feel. The layout of that model is much improved. Not sure I'm a fan of u-shaped seating areas, but I could live with that. The Altea would be on my shortlist. And I like the blue upholstery!
As always, a very professional first-look review of next year A’s model. Yes, I can see that blue colour might jar a little (there is still time to alter that for UK tastes Adria) and some may have commented on the ‘cheap look’ BUT (1) Layout seems good (2) bed is big and, let’s be honest we spend more time in the bed than we do sitting on the settees in the front lounge (3) centre washroom meets my wishes for the next van (4) THE PRICE seems very good. Liked the bedroom looked really spacious but would miss being able to access under the bed storage from outside that we currently have. Really good entry level van though. Thanks for sharing P&J

No it was a blue colour, not the usual white. We will see how the models sell in 2020. The build quality was good for an entry level though. Cheers for watching Dan 👍
Great review. Interesting to read some of the comments and shows that a large proportion of brits are more bothered about a vans interior than build quality. Personally I’d rather embrace the contemporary continental look inside, than be worrying about damp and bits dropping off in a British van.

Good analogy. Incidentally, adria now offer a darker upholstery on the 2021 altea, they must have realised the lighter blue wasn’t really to the British taste. I found your review after researching what van to buy next having just sold our Bailey, long story short, I’ve put a deposit down on a altea dart, pretty much on the strength of this review, not even been in one, but as long as the build quality is good, I’ll be a happy caravaner.
Yes the previous blue was too much for most buyers so I am glad they have toned it down. My friend has a Dart and loves it. There is a good owners group on Facebook if you are on there at all. We Love Adria it is called. Enjoy your new caravan when you get it 😊 Karina

Can you get it without the microwave? I don’t want to tug dead weight around. I would rather have the extra 11kgs to carry the things I want when I’m away. On the whole though a very nice looking van. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching, you could remove the microwave as it just has a normal plug in the cupboard and it’s screwed in. It would then give you a whole cupboard to use. 👍
I like the light wood, but not the design of the lockers-they looked cheap. Don't like that shade of blue on the sofas either, reminds me of seating in waiting rooms! Didn't like the washroom either, it looked cheap again. And I don't like Adria's kitchens with the single hob/sink unit. But, the bedroom was a nice size! Haha! You did well considering the noise from the aircon unit trying to drown you out!
can we road test this. we would be willing to sacrifice ourselves for a weekend away to test the application of this van and see how it works in practice. with 2 doggies :::) let me know if you want total up this offer.
I’m afraid I have to be honest; I’m not a fan of the blue upholstery. Just has a look of vinyl wipe clean hospital chairs? As for the kitchen there’s no room for a mains kettle unless it’s very very small? Otherwise a great, well specced, roomy, entry level van. Thanks for showcasing J&K 👍😉
It looks very spacious, I think the single window makes it look wider from the inside 🤔 Good spec for the money, great fridge. Not sure about the colour of the benches though. Cheers Martin 🙂
Been to see today, the build quailty is amazing. For the money I think it was great, I was expecting it to cost more. For me the 4 downsides are. The blue Fabric looks a bit naff. Lack of hotplate on the hob. The TV point seams to be in the wrong position too. TV in the window is wrong needs to be up near the door for me. I couldn't find any sockets at the side of the bed either.
Hi Stephen, we have fortunately not had to deal with Longtons for after sales as we have not had a single problem with our Adria. So in short we haven’t done a video due to this. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍
£20K and they can't even fit LED road lights! The interior looks clean and spacious (I like the wood colour), but overall it seems to lack warmth and cosiness. Upholstery looks like it was put together by an engineer, not an interior designer! Only one power socket in the kitchen and not must work surface for food prep or dishing out. That combined sink/hob really doesn't work for me either. Didn't see many features that aren't offered by competitors for £2 less ! Wouldn't make me part with my feature packed Swift anytime soon.
It's really cheap looking. No way could it be described as "a really good looking caravan" The interior is bare, the kitchen workspace is tiny and the washroom poor. Not good value for £20,000
Top 3 caravans gypsy people prefer to stay in. 1, Fdent exclusive 2, swift challenger 3, Bailey Pegasus. If we had to buy Adria it would only used to keep dogs in. We rate those caravans about 94th in liveable caravans.
A nice concise look with no faff. That’s a much better layout than the outgoing version where the bed is always on show. Nice one! 👍

Brilliant. It's a clever bit of engineering. You are quite a clever clog when it comes to Caravans. I mean that in a good way!

Unfortunately there was a huge aircon unit behind us which effected the sound quality. Sorry...
