I read a post on the internet of a non-filipino student (forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/opinion-regarding-de-la-salle-health-sciences-institute.749480/) who seemed really disappointed with the de La Salle medical school. One of the topics that caught my attention was the claim that classes are not really taught in English and that classmates also do not really bother to use English during group works . Any one would like to share their thoughts on this claim?
This is actually a very good medical school in the Philippines, they may probably dont have separate program for International students unlike other Med Schools in the Philippines. Just go to an other med school like Perpetual Help in Las Pinas, (not too far from Lassale) they do have a separate program for International students, they do not mixed foreign students there with the locals. I heard that Davao Med and Our Lady of Fatima also has separate program for International students. Perpetual, Davao and Fatima are all average med school. Dont go here if you dont speak tagalog.
