Wife is entitled for better lifestyle choices out of joint income of her husband and self. It will be challenged in higher courts very easily. Husband is bound to share and care his income even to his earning wife.
False maintainence case should not be enterttained and the complainant should be jailed then a lady will think thousand times before filing it. Her parents should be finedheavily for supporting her.
Sir supreme court ka judgement he na ki even though wife working she is eligible for maintenance..agar wife ka maintenance denied to kya karna ...same court me reappeal or high court me ..and kid ka maintenance order passed but reguakr oay nahi to kya karna
मेंटेनेंस न देने का कारण कोर्ट रिकॉर्ड पर होने के बाद फॅमिली कोर्ट के जज जानबूझ court record पर जमा कर पति के सारे evidance, affidavit और लिखित objection के बारे में झूंठा और biased लिखदेती है कि विपक्षी नें कोई लिखित आपत्ति दाखिल नहीं किया और evidance आना बाकी है I illegal gratification का उपचार बताये
लगभग तीस सालों तक मेरे साथ रहने के बाद अब 53 साल की उम्र में मेरी पत्नी ने मेरे खिलाफ शराब पीकर जिन्दा जलाकर मारने और दहेज़ उत्पीड़न का झुठा केस दर्ज कराया है और साथ ही यह भी कहा कि मेरी तनख्वाह 40 हज़ार रुपए प्रति माह लिखाकर उसमें से 20 हजार रुपए महीने ख़र्च मांगा है जबकि में एक बैरोजगार आदमी हूं साहब 😢

First of all family court ki judgement milti hi nahi....agar family court ki judgement mil jaye then they are best judgement....ye kahani nahi real case hai....kahani aapke liye hai....any judgement which fits the fact must be submitted....I m a lawyer not a judge....

False wife should be restricted before coming to court. If lower court takes severe action the complainant will be discouraged. No burden on court.
