you dont really need speed on himeko, especially if you happen to have her e1. it would be better to focus on getting to around 70/140 cr/cdmg ratio

@@1MorePull even at e0 tho focusing on crits and atk would be better for her overall damage. 120 speed max should be fine since most of her damage comes from fuas anyway. With speed that high you are trading off damage which she needs way more of
Not with my relic luck no. Can get decent relics but I have 0 perfect relic pieces.
