If only two sides of the sidewalk were used, traffic would be ensured and that part would be cleaned regularly. In my country, plants are planted on the edge of the sidewalk, at the base of a fence, and on the edge of a ditch (usually flowers that grow lower), which does not occupy the sidewalk or obstruct traffic. The sidewalk is public space and belongs to everyone.
I guess that it doesn’t matter what country your from, there are always people that don’t care what they do. I’m sorry that this woman did this to you when your working so hard ❤
we ALL have to educate people to stop trashing our home. Children , adults, . everyone encourage everyone to change their ways. Talk to people and explain why. Ask friends if they will come out for just 1 day. IT HAS TO STOP
