TIP: If you put a piece of tube over the top end of the glowplug it helps you feed it it into the hole and you can start screwing it in using the pipe. This makes it easier top install and also helps prevent you from cross threading it. If it does not screw in properly you can remove and try again until it does go in properly and just using your fingers and a tube you should not damage any threads. When its gone in a good few turns and gets too to tight to turn with fingers, or the pipe starts slipping, just pull it off and finish off with a socket and torque wrench.
we changed one on ssme car but the glow plug come back on after 2 weeks or so. can anyone help why has it come back on. even after changing to a new all 4 glow plugs. but the glow symbol is always on dashboard never goes away.
Have you checked for fault codes ? I think there is a device that controls the glow plugs and sometimes it goes faulty as well. Please don’t forget to like and subscribe if you haven’t already done so 😄

Great information except for the testing. Those glow plugs are only rated at 4.4 volts. Not 12 volts.
Thanks for letting me know, didn't know that. Happy new year.
