SIB is used for signalling msg in idle mode...while MR is used for dedicated...call events..for mobility purpose...pls correct me if I am wrong

Good video but one doubt... in MIB- 10 bit as u said for No of Tx antenna information...But as i read other documents, 10 bits are Reserved for future use and No of Tx antenna information is done by special technique called as CRC MASK.. Pls check and confirm.
