Use some tamil editor (for ex Google உள்ளீட்டு கருவி) (there are many available if u can search). type in there. then copy & paste.
Or, download tamil editing softwares (for ex azhagi sw) and keep it open & run in your computer in the background while you are typing in MS-Excel / Word etc.
