G Day thank you so very much with all of your tutorials for any and everything baking desserts pasty’s my passion but I’ve been trying to find the exact ramekins that you have used in the chocolate brûlée and I was hoping that you might remember where you bought them as I’m in Sydney and l can’t find them anywhere grrr and when I do find something similar the volume of the amount is small or gigantic so I thought 💭 I’d give you a try but if you can’t remember that’s fine, I hope you and your family especially your beautiful daughter are doing well? Creme brulé it suppose to be elegant flavor with vanilla...know with chocholate it is covered by chocolate.... everything dessert we make with chocholate at the end it tastes chocolate...but with milk butter and eggs ...with good qualities products...at the end it will be a elwgant creme!!!

When I make my crème brûlée I use 100% pure cream for the custard part of the crème brûlée I’ve never seen a recipe with cream and milk 🥛
Why don't you use cocoa powder instead of chocolade drops?
Dumb question, but why do we add vanilla to a chocolate crem burle?
What is the % of the chocolate 70% 40%
