Nice vlog aunty but I will say one thing- Food in US is the dirtiest of any other place. Alot of things are banned in europe and other countries but are sold here in US. As a physician here in US I see patients with so mamy chronic problems which 80% of the time is related to the processed food that they eat (and also your lifestyle plays a role) Everything is full of chemicals. People get to live to 90's here because they have a good health care 😂 so we can treat most of these people better. Our pakistani food is good. only if we add avacado oil or pure extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil or Ghee. Vegetable pils/corn oil is too bad for health. We should add little less spices in our food. Eat less amount- eat 3 meals ON TIME. Earing out at 12am or late at night which seems to be a trend in Pakistan is the reason people die earlier plus no health care- no regular check ups/blood works.
And I love when you and uncle go out to eat in Pakistan that is what I want and wish all the parents do when their kids are grown ups/ married or living abroad. Have that healthy relationship with each other and enjoy your time in true sense. In the beginning, when we are young we are so busy raising our kids that husband and wife do not get enough time together. But still everything is Allah's blessing so should be thankful 🙂.
