That's some tough feedback from Tyla to the guys. Can't help but think that that's not going to be too good for their confidence in the long run if that's how it is all the time they don't perform well enough.

I agree with you on the confidence part, but the pro league is no joke. Every trainer/team manager will be as harsh and brutal as you can imagine. The team's success depends 100% on the success of the team riders.

You also have to consider how he brings them up and tears them down. A good trainer knows when and how to do both. Shane's current results could be evidence that Tyla knows what he is doing.

this show is sick, but they always focus on money money employment which makes sense to mention it but it is constantly coming up. No disrespect to the pressure/stress those guys deal with daily

  • @Yeet20001

crazy how they are supposed to be "high level" teams yet treat their riders like shit if they aren't winning. they need to read books on athlete psychology or hire somebody. it looks like they only positivity the riders receive is when they win. thats why they have a high turn over rate.

You should really search some information smh. My brother rides in Europe mx2 and if he doesnt get atleast 10th postion he will get yelled at because the team pays for everything !!
      20 000$ a year flying to tracks
      120 000$ bike management
      50 000$ salary
5 000$ keeping in form for races
      195 000$ a year !!
So if you lose you the team will lose alot of money!
Keep in mind that this is my brother not Jeffrey Herlings.
      Go read a book dumbass
