I'm super excited!! I'm 55 and have been waiting for Tulle and eclectic . Cmon ladies.. let's find our inner young ladies and have some fun!!! I want to be that crazy old lady in the highest eclectic fashion ❤❤❤ I am boring casual Nat now.. but I now have the chance to be FUN NAT!!
Exactly!! I was watching this video with a ''WTF'' expression on my face. I wear ALL of these trends and I'm rocking them all. I'm over 50 but I'm slim, fit and like to think that I'm keeping myself youthful. Why on Earth I wouldn't wear mini skirts if I have the legs for them? I'm working hard for these legs, they deserve to be seen lol
I just had to tell you that I have ordered so many bras that I thought would be a comfortable fit and ended up being awful. I have a drawer full that I can’t wear, so I ordered one of the Comfelie bras and I wanted to let you know these are the most comfortable amazing bras I have ever worn, I’m getting ready to order another one. Thank you for talking about these on your channel.🎄🎄
My favorite wool coat was a mid length hot pink swing coat I bought in the 80's. The color was so complimentary and the cut so classic, I would still have it and proudly be wearing it today, if it had not been stolen several years ago.
Interesting styles coming in for springtime - thanks for posting this ❤I love shoulder pads, bright raincoats, vests, and the preppy clothes(minus the really short hems)‼️
OOOH AWESOME!!! I agree with you….. I’m 54 and I’m not going into some of those trends. Prepping trend I love! Love color for summer ….especially after muted colors! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Hi Angela, I think I could do the preppy looks, the bright raincoats, asymmetric tops, and the stripes. The Comfelie bras seem great! Thanks for sharing this information!
Back when we were required to take a sewing class in school the large flower print was all over the place for material to buy and I did. Today I am wearing my pleated midi leopard print skirt with a plain long sleeve black top and cognac color knee high boots.
Very interesting! I love tulle. For us, we can put it under a full skirt having it peel out the bottom for a very flirty glam look! I love that! And big shoulders are good to balance out curvy hips! Thanks for the info!
I agree with your analysis of the fashion scene for 2025, Angela! Many preppy clothes are "classic," tailored styles which work for a lot of age groups. The same can NOT be said for 80s fast fashion. You won't catch me wearing neon colors, tulle skirts, big shoulders and/or parachute pants! And those sailor collars just remind me of Japanese anime like "Sailor Moon!!!"
I’m 63. I have a layered tulle midi skirt and I style it very classic with boots and a cashmere sweater and gorgeous belt for fall. I love it as it is versatile seasonally and for many occasions. I also am loving florals in skirts and dresses. There are good florals and tacky ones so you have to be choosy. I have several pleated skirts and love them, both fabric and knit. The thing about the 80s - I was pregnant during most of it so I didn’t like the clothes I had to wear. 😂
Thanks for a fun video, Angela! I would definitely wear some of the trends for 2025, others are a hard “no”. I think tulle or chiffon could be pretty in a spring or summer dress if done right. I’ve always been a bit of a preppy dresser so I’m on board with that trend. It’s a classic look and you can wear those pieces for a long time. They never really go out of style. Looks like spring fashion is going to be interesting, can’t wait to see what hits the stores. As for the bra, while it looks nice and well made I honestly don’t think it will hoist my 70 year old 42DDD girls up where they belong!😂
You can dress any way you want ..any age you are..rock it! Life is short..fashion is meant to be fun! I'm gonna be that grandma rocking that audrey hepborne hat and slim slacks and a simple black top..with bright red shoes and lipstick.
Angela, you had me laughing! No couch prints for me and no one leg pants! Those are just silly😂. The bras look like something I’d like and I’m going to check them out. Have a Happy Thanksgiving ❤
The trends I like the most are the preppy look, asymmetrical skirts and pleated skirts. On the other hand, the big shoulders, the crazy stripes, and the sailor collars look I REALLY don't care for!
I am a 50 year old eclectic runner. I love tulle, mini skirts and varsity looks. I did not used to like them and never showed me legs. But I am in the best shape of my life now. Longer skirts tend to make my 4'11 frame frumpy too
I don’t know about the bras. I love my underwire! Even though I’m not huge, I love the support. I wonder if the material under the cups will start curling.
I NEVER get rid of Levi’s and most denim items My Jean jacket is a Levi’s jacket I bought in 1972 The more things change, the more they stay the same. Most trendy clothes are not good quality materials. But, in true Angela fashion, you are all smiles and positive Going to check out the bras you featured I bought the new Neiwai bras you featured previously. I have been very happy with them. Thanks for sharing and making me laugh❤
I used to tell my younger sister (she was in her 20s back then), that I didn’t want to borrow anything from her Joan Collins collection if we went out.
Hello neighbor. Fun show. Revisiting the ‘80s might be fun. The reviews of the bras were timely. Your shows are always interesting and timely. Blessings. 🙏😎🐊🛺🦃🇺🇸
Angela, I love that hot pink floral + animal print jean jacket over the hot pink jeans. Looks like Chico's. But some of those other combinations with animal print are not fun. Thanks for the video!
Sooo true about the very brightly colored coats. I don't see it being around for too many seasons, and is a more expensive item to have to replace that often because now the color is too loud. Nope, I'll wait. 😄
Omg I’m frightened LOL. This is some scary stuff from the 70’s and 80’s. Eek!!! Most of the stuff will be for the younger crowd. I do, however, like the mixing of patterns trend. The bras look interesting thank you for offering those.
Great video I saw some things that I'm interested in seeing coming in the spring but I couldn't see anybody not even young people wearing one pant leg I've been looking for a good bra do you know how long the Black Friday sale goes for I always loved watching your videos
Ok so my 1980s bright red leather calf length coat has come back! I usually get alot of compliments on it. I also still have my high school jacket and floral print dresses that I made in the 90s. The jacket with the animal print with the tropical flowers was really cute, but I don't be pairing stripes with my animal print pants. I am super interested in the bras. Tell us about the sizing.
I like the pink leapord jacket with the mixed media and I have always liked Argyle socks and sweaters ❤️🤗❤️I have a bra very similar from Rhonda Shear, and it’s comfy but that new bra is interesting technology .
Hi Thanku for a really enjoyable fashion update. I liked sweaters , bra info (use lingerie bag when washing bras as helps them last longer),cute tartan bag. I laughed at the memories of padded shoulders.
Angela, my wife and I love your show! We were wondering where did you get those pendant lights over your island in Florida. My wife wants them! Can you help me. Pete
I laughed so much when you were swinging your arms 'showing' the bra. I have no favorite bras. I'd be so happy to find a good one. I'd pay anything for support and comfort. I'm going to take you at your word and order the first one you showed. Hope I'm thanking you after I try it. I should have plenty of money for a couple of new bras considering I won't be partaking in the spring trends. I did love the pink and leopard print.
Your opening about the furniture and curtain prints made me think back to the Gone with the Wind skit on the Carol Burnett show where she put the curtains on with them still on the curtain rod! 😂 Guess it covers the print trend and the oversized shoulder trend! 😂
Hi Angela I don't see much I would want to buy this year. Maybe the pleated skirt I seen is about the only thing. I will look at the bras but I am so picky about them. I don't care for the wide closers on these new bras. I might like the pink jacket printed one but that was it. Thank you for this fun year of reviews I look forward to what you will bring us for 2025. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.🙏🎁🎄 It's been a fun year with you. Merry Christmas to you and your family
I really liked that pink jacket with animal print and florals, i found it online at a company called Boston Proper. Out of stock in all sizes but xxs and xs. Liked the bras
I remember leopard and florals. I associate that with Betsy Johnson. I think 2025 is going to be moody; more grey/blacks, longer hems. I've followed fashion for decades and fashion does follow moods. Once in awhile designers and retailers miss the target for what's selling. There was a study (long time ago) that proved hem height reflected the economy. That's the only study I know of.
Well, maybe I’ll be able to once again wear the one piece I have left from my high school sewing days back in the mid to late 1960’s - a bright pink and lime green houndstooth (about an inch or inch and a half wide/high! 🤦♀️) loosely woven wool cape with lime green satin lining! Whatever possessed me to buy that fabric, I have no clue! Ha! I love how you keep us informed about the upcoming seasons! Always helps to know what’s on the horizon! Thanks for a great video, and hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!!! 🍁🍽 🦃
OMG, I remember those sofas! No huge shoulder pads! I used to take mine out of my 80s suits. I have narrow shoulders, but I couldn't stand those things. I like the pleated midi skirts with the vests. I like the floral with the animal prints. I like the Comfelie bras. I only wish the didn't have the removable pads. It might just be the style that I purchased. No sailor inspired outfits for me. I like some of the Boho styles, being a 70s child. I like the asymmetrical look, but not one legged pants! Thanks, Angela. Happy Thanksgiving! ❤❤
My initial reaction to these Spring trends is no way, lol. But I figure after the fashion houses for the typical/average consumer rework these trends to fit the aesthetic of the average consumer, we’ll be trying them.
Guess I will be saving a lot of money this spring!!! 😂😂😂
I came to say the same thing. Whoop whoop 🙌 I’m saving money 😂
Agree
Agree!
No decluttering needed, I prefer the clothes that I already have.
😂 me too
I’m sticking to my classic wardrobe. Call me boring!
Looks like I’ll be saving money on buying clothes next spring! 😂
Angela...lol..the "diamond" sweater is called argyle!!! A personal favorite of mine!!!
A dress made of curtains...makes me think of Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind.
🤣
❤️
Scarletts curtain dress had no prints on it.
😂😂
@flaviamcfatridge592 , and Carol Burnett's version of Scarlet O'Hara, wearing the draperies with the curtain rod across her shoulders.
I will be shopping my closet if this is what will be in stores 🤣
I’m still laughing at the one legged pants… I guess that’s better than the “no pants” look of 2024. 😂
I'm here for the '80S comebacks! Finding a wire free bra that doesn't create the monoboob shape is a challange.
Thanks for the laugh this morning on some of these upcoming trends!
T-shirts and jeans for this girl❤️
Preppy look has slowly coming back. Love my suede buck shoes, argyle, sweater vests, button downs. 👏

Well I'm a bit chunky but still look youthful and still fun!! And want to show it ❤ let's go girls!! Woooohooo😅
@@natruffo4630UH….no on most of these weird looks….
Agreed! The frumpy look may be for her but I'm not part of her "ladies our age" group!
Btw Style Insider is a better channel for trend predictions. She just did a vid on a 77yr old gal who wears a lot of fun stuff & looks great!
I just had to tell you that I have ordered so many bras that I thought would be a comfortable fit and ended up being awful. I’m so glad you Are loving these Cathy! I have been wearing mine all the time too
New to me, perhaps I will try if affordable.

As an Alaskan, it feels like Spring will never arrive but seeing this video title is a reminder that time flies by
Interesting styles coming in for springtime - thanks for posting this ❤I love shoulder pads, bright raincoats, vests, and the preppy clothes(minus the really short hems)‼️
I'm 69 and love the shoulder pads, the preppy look and toile. No varsity jackets or eclectic looks though. Thanks, Angela for the warning.
❤️
Wow eye opening!! I’m gonna have to process all this 🤔🤔 Some good …some nada!! Thank you for the warning ❤
OOOH AWESOME!!! I agree with you….. I’m 54 and I’m not going into some of those trends. Prepping trend I love! Love color for summer ….especially after muted colors! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I love the shoulder pads. I need them. I hated when they went out of style. The bras look great. Happy Thanksgiving.
Some of us have a small shoulder span and need the shoulder pads
Not matching but clashing. My husband is finally in! Lol
Hahahahaha😂
Love the pleated skirts
Hi Angela, I think I could do the preppy looks, the bright raincoats, asymmetric tops, and the stripes. The Comfelie bras seem great! Thanks for sharing this information!
Those diamonds are called Argyle
Back when we were required to take a sewing class in school the large flower print was all over the place for material to buy and I did.
Today I am wearing my pleated midi leopard print skirt with a plain long sleeve black top and cognac color knee high boots.
Very crazy closets coming up..but my closet isn’t going to change that much😳❤ happy holidays 🦃🌲❤️
Very interesting! I love tulle. For us, we can put it under a full skirt having it peel out the bottom for a very flirty glam look! I love that! And big shoulders are good to balance out curvy hips! Thanks for the info!
Well this was interesting 😂😂. Love your sense of humour Angela 😊

Hey Angela…..great to see you again on video
I love the floral and the tulle skirts. So I will definately be doing those.
You look great in your glasses, Angela!

If those styles are going to be "IN", then I m just going to have to be "OUT". LOL Exception sweater vest in argyle.
Agree
I remember hearing that if you wore something the first time around, you should NOT wear it the second!
I’m so glad I’m not a trend follower.
Me neither April.
Love your videos Angela - they always make me chuckle! Love the blindfold oufit choosing 😄
I have sloping shoulders, so I'm interested to see what the new tops will look like. Love the preppy look!!
I am a 50 year old eclectic runner. I love tulle, mini skirts and varsity looks. I did not used to like them and never showed me legs. But I am in the best shape of my life now. Longer skirts tend to make my 4'11 frame frumpy too
Greetings Angela! Well, I like the sweater vests...! Love those bras. Love and blessings ♥️🙏
I don’t know about the bras. I love my underwire! Even though I’m not huge, I love the support. I wonder if the material under the cups will start curling.
I'm all about the asymetric hem!
Thank you Angela, I just ordered the Comfelie bra 🎉

I bought the new Neiwai bras you featured previously. I have been very happy with them.

Thanks for this video. Im 72 so theres not much I would wear. The bras look very nice I might try one. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. ❤❤😊😊
Love the sweater vest.

You crack me up… I had that sofa. No I’m not going to wear any of it
You have the best channel going
Curious to see how they do the 70's looks, I grew up in that era and the fashions were so fun!!
Really love your pendant lights
know all about those colors in rugs and living room velvet curtain.... hey it was considered living in luxury!!!
Gonna be a fun year!
Angela, I love that hot pink floral + animal print jean jacket over the hot pink jeans. Looks like Chico's. But some of those other combinations with animal print are not fun. Thanks for the video!
Ooh suede jumpsuits?! Count me in!
We're all going to be saving a lot of money
Preach!
I loved shoulder pads! 😂
Sooo true about the very brightly colored coats. I don't see it being around for too many seasons, and is a more expensive item to have to replace that often because now the color is too loud. Nope, I'll wait. 😄
I am going to be ordering a couple of those bras. After that I will wait and see if summer has a better selection of clothing for older women.
Hi Angela Well I will be saving a lot of money this Spring. One legged pants 😃 The bra did look very nice that I will be looking at.
Animal print with flowers has been around before and I've loved it then and will again.
Omg I’m frightened LOL. This is some scary stuff from the 70’s and 80’s. Eek!!! Most of the stuff will be for the younger crowd. I do, however, like the mixing of patterns trend.
The bras look interesting thank you for offering those.
Agreed. Pretty bad forecasts. I will be my dated classics again
Oh man I want to wear grandmas drapes... 😆
Great video I saw some things that I'm interested in seeing coming in the spring but I couldn't see anybody not even young people wearing one pant leg I've been looking for a good bra do you know how long the Black Friday sale goes for I always loved watching your videos
The Von Trapp family in the Sound of Music. Maria made clothes for the kids out of curtains.
Not ready for spring! Winter just started!
OMG I'm a sucker for anything sailor. It's my weakness 😂❤
Ok so my 1980s bright red leather calf length coat has come back! I usually get alot of compliments on it. I also still have my high school jacket and floral print dresses that I made in the 90s. Angela, my wife and I love your show! We were wondering where did you get those pendant lights over your island in Florida.
My wife wants them! Can you help me.
Pete
I looked them up with a google search on the photo and on Amazon it showed them, but they are not available now.
Next year we gonna be lucky to shop at second hand stores
Love preppy!
what are those little slits in the bras for? so you can add padding?
I laughed so much when you were swinging your arms 'showing' the bra. I have no favorite bras. I'd be so happy to find a good one. I'd pay anything for support and comfort. Love them all

I still have my rose floral & leopard mix cardigan in a drawer, lol. Looks just like that jacket!

Flowers and tulle and preppy is called cottage core, fairy core, academia
I actually made a skirt from an old curtain once. Luckily it was a Ralph Lauren type of print.
Ooh, that's a nice kitchen!

I will save some money in 25. Love the leopard with the pink.
