I ordered this product when I open charging case first may both buds blink red and blue but in both ones lite tern off fast then the second and when I remove them from case still only one light blink while others light not blink but still from both buds sound is on Can you please tell me why it is happening or is the product have fault I ordered first time so I don't have much knowledge about this
