Me too. John MacArthur is the finest Biblical teacher out there. He so obviously loves the Father and His son the Lord Jesus Christ it pours out him as he teaches through the Holy Spirit. This is my feeling. He cares for and works hard to keep his congregation constantly in the word of God. We are so fortunate to have him to listen too. Bless those who see and hear him teach the Biblical truth. Above all John MacArthur is about TRUTH. Nice to see someone else who respects him as much as I do.
Honestly I blessed God for his life and understanding, knowledge that God gave him, I love him so much because his teaching is truth and nothing but truth of the words of God.

This sermon was great to hear, especially after just recently going through Hurricane Ian, which was absolutely horrific. I kept praying to the Lord the whole time and truly believed that it was part of the judgement of our country…. God is sovereign though and controls is all. I’m with you there 100%! And with Ian, I was SMACK DAB in the middle of it all. In my laundry room PRAYING for 13 hours! I can tell you, also quoting Psalm 91 throughout the day. It became a LIVING BREATHING prayer. I’m telling you. It was GOD who saved my home. He held my hand through the whole thing. Kept me calm. And his angels surrounded my house as the Psalm says. My home barely got a scratch! First thing I did, in the morning, looking out to no flooding in my street. Is came to the street and yelled THANK YOU JESUS. I will never forget it. And such disaster all around me! 🙌🏻 Thank you Lord. (Brings tears to my eyes) And God bless MacArthur as well! Be blessed all!

Luther knew well, that God was in the storm! :) Growing up in Austria with a strong Catholic tradition we were told as children "God is angry!" everytime there was a thunderstorm. And yet: I've always been in awe of these storms even up to this day (and I'm old now...)

Man should not be presumptuous enough to believe that they can decide who should be a leader based on criteria that 'their' institutional church has made up. Acts 13 defines how a church is supposed to operate and we must wait for the Holy Spirit to set apart the leaders that God wants to lead His people and do the works that God has determined for that leader. The lack of power in the church comes from the disobedience and lukewarmness of the denominations and their leaders, and we must get back to what the Bible instructs rather than the thoughts and plans of men. So many cannot hear correction from God, because we take it personal rather than expecting that God needs to work in our life. Often the wounds in ministry occur because we take it personally rather than understanding that ministry will be difficult, just as it was for Jesus and His apostles. God uses everything we go through to make us who He wants us to be. The institutional church on the other hand decides what is the 'norm' and expects 'their' leaders to follow what they have decided. God's word is supposed to lead guide and direct His people, otherwise leaders become like the pharisees of Judaism, who were upset constantly with Jesus because He did not follow the 'norms' they had set up. We must allow Jesus to be the absolute head of the church and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit for the sake of the elect. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

That is why Yahshua warned us not to call anyone teacher for he is our teacher and we are all brothers, and not to call anyone father for one is our Father in heaven, and not to be called leaders for one is our leader the Messiah in Matt 23:8 - 10.

I wanted to share the following interaction with someone...i have no one I can think of, in regard to the short salvos I found myself in.
I got to work and signed into my computer. The web browser at my job is different than on my phone, so I get different news then I normally do at home.
What I read was the worst news that I've heard in a very long time, and that goes a long way these days. The story read that a pastor was arrested for torturing and abusing her adopted child! I should add murdered, as well.
I commented to a coworker how terrible it must be for an orphan to have to go through even worse trouble and demise at the hands of a brother (sister in this case).
He responded with the same atheistic response to evil, which was that this headline was the exact reason for his disbelief in religion, because people use it for evil purposes.
Why is Satan's easiest trick the deadliest one? It does frustrate me.
He is in the storm.

The wrath of God is revealed from heaven etc!
Let’s have some fun and kick around a few thoughts on the subject of predestination. What do we know and what is it that we don’t know. Ok to begin with we know that God knows it all. So what does that tell us.
1. God knew if that if He created the angels one third of them would disobey Him.
2. He also knew that Michael the arc angel and the remaining two thirds would prevail and cast the rebels out of heaven.
3. We also can surmise that if God made it impossible for the angels to sin, this problem of a rebellion would never have arisen.
4. And as the remaining two thirds have presumably been sealed by God to be sinless, we could wonder why God didn’t make them impervious to sin right from the time He created them.
5. But what is the difference between the holy angels today who cannot sin and the angels they could have been, if God had created them in such a way to make sinning an impossibility.
6. The difference is this. The angels in heaven have proved themselves to themselves that they are indeed loyal to God. They fought against the rebels and cast them out.
7. And whilst we might think that this proving is of little consequence, nevertheless it must be everything, because God allowed all this mayhem to happen in order for this proving to be obtained.
8. And although we might not be able to appreciate the value of this proving, nevertheless we are compelled to realise that it’s of a far greater value than perhaps we can realise.
9. Because this proving resulted in human beings being effected by Satan’s tempting powers.
10. Why did God allow Satan to be here amongst us.
11. Surely God could have sent him somewhere else.
12. Look at the havoc he has caused.
13. And he is going to be responsible for many being damned.
14. Surely these are great losses.
15. And also if God made it impossible for Lucifer to sin, he wouldn’t have come to earth and wrecked things for mankind.
16. We know that God can make sin an impossibility because we know when we get to heaven sin will be no more.
17. And also the holy angels cannot sin.
18. Therefore we might think that wouldn’t it have been wiser for God to make sin an impossibility.
19. And from our human perspective this is how it seems.
20. But it’s obviously not the way it is, because God who knows what’s best for us,has created us with this ability to sin, which when we eventually overcome sin, God will seal us when we get to heaven so we can sin no more.
21. Therefore when we repent and ultimately quit sinning thereby proving our faithfulness to God , it is a proving that God absolutely wanted us to obtain. So much so that He allows all this havoc and goes to all this trouble in order to obtain it.
22. Not only does He lose one third of the angelic realm but he also loses the majority of mankind, plus He has to witness all the mayhem that Satan causes.
23. But if we are to be sealed by God to become sinless why didn’t God make us this way to begin with, and save lives and give us peace on a plate.
24. These are questions not to disagree with God, God forbid, but to think about why God does what He does.
25. I’m going to think about this and post some more comments. But hey if you’d like to chime in that’d be very nice too.

26. As God knew before He created the angels which ones would rebel against Him and which ones would be faithful, He also knew before He created mankind the ones that would have a propensity to love and serve Him.
27. But as God knew all this then why would He predestinate anyone other than those whom He knew were predisposed to be faithful, grateful and obedient to Him.
28. Therefore it’s obvious that it’s these one whom God has predestined.
29. But why did He predestinate?
Taking from Isaiah 46: 9-10-Remeber the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the END FROM THE BEGINNING, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I WILL DO MY PLEASURE.
First off. I take this verse to mean. From the beginning. Even before creation, God had a PLAN. Being ETERNAL, without time. He could look all the way through to the VERY END from the beginning. And know every detail.
God is so much higher then us. He is not a man. So we can not put “our” rationalization as to why. Because even with all the things you mention. He DID IT ANYWAY. For HIS GLORY and purposes. And it shows his mercy.
Did Jesus die for all men? Yes he did. But, also through that lens of time. God ALSO knew who would come to Him and receive the free gift. This is where I can understand Jesus dying for all. As well as Romans 8:29
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
He did it for those ! Through the lens of time. So I can understand both Christ dying for all mankind & predestination. Because he could see. There would be those who WOULD COME.
# 2-Romans 9.17 -For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose HAVE I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
*We all know the story. But the scripture says he was used by God for HIS GLORY.

Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD, Or as His counselor has taught Him?
The answer: NO ONE!
Psalm 8 (read the whole thing). V 4-5-4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

the Bible teaches us God created both the angels and man with volition, or the freedom of choice. He created both as holy and without sin that they might not only serve Him as the Creator, but bring Him glory. In particular, man, being created in God’s image (Gen. 1:26), was created to have fellowship with God through the exercise of that image. Man was created to glorify God through the exercise of his personality-mind, heart, and will. With his mind he was to know God, with his heart he was to love God, and with his will, in response to his understanding and love of God, he was to choose for God in obedience. But God did not create robots. That would have brought very little glory to God. Because His creatures were not robots, there was the risk of a negative choice. But God, by His sovereign will, purpose, and foreknowledge, determined to allow this, indeed, He ordained it by His own eternal wisdom without Himself being the cause.
Refreshing to hear a sermon about God's judgment in this perverse generation.
I don't care how they spin it or why they defend a pastor who has decided that he and he alone will be the human figure which that particular church will revolve around. No need for Yahweh or the Spirit because they got their star pastor to be their hero and teacher and they believe he was chosen.
It's right there in the New Testament writing to believers: "You don't need anyone to teach you anything for the Holy Spirit will teach you everything you need to know." Can it get any plainer than that?
I don't know what you just quoted, but it's not scripture, or at minimum - a mangled scripture of John 14:26, maybe. By the way, are you trying to TEACH US??? Are YOU the "Holy Spirit"? I ask that playfully, but I did notice that you have made a few separate(and strongly opinionated) comments on this channel, and I am not even a regular on here. It quite screams of somebody trying to lead the flock, you know, like a pastor? *Insert smile* Since we are all trying to teach each other here, may I suggest reading 1st and 2nd Timothy? By the way, you may remember that Jesus breathed the Holy Spirit upon his initial disciples, that they may carry on his teachings. Not only that, but he promised after his ascension that he would send the power of the Holy Ghost upon all his disciples(Pentecost, or 50 days later). When it fell upon them, they were able to spread the word. I'm sure you have read this, but the church was formed from this blessing, and pastors, teachers, evangelists, laymen, etc, all became what a church is. To negate a teacher or pastor out of spite is not biblical. Pastors are there to help guide and help hold a local church body together. I can't fully speak for this particular pastor on this channel, and I know some church bodies or their pastors can be dangerous, but you don't want to 100% shoot down what God has ordained in scripture. Pastors are not masters, no, but they are there...if they listen to the Holy Ghost through scripture...to help the flock, for the very word "pastor" means "shepherd." If you read the book of Acts, there is a joint effort where Christ granted everyone, through Peter and other apostles instruction, within the body an ability to contribute to each other: preaching, teaching, even feeding one another. With that, we were instructed to "comfort one another" and further to "forsake not the assembling of yourselves(ourselves)." Anyway, I've typed enough. You seemed like you have an ax to grind with Pastors and/or church congregations, and I'd hate for you to miss out on what the rest of the good book has to say. Keep reading, my friend, keep reading and keep praying. Rest assured, He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.👍

Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis?
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart.
Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.

That is a difficult question. In many wars brothers in Christ have found themselves in conflict with each other. I can only say that the grace of God covers many sins for the Christian and that a Christian in such a terrible situation should pray for guidance continually.

Today, my mystical journey has taken me around to places in my hometown Los Angeles California. It is a beautiful day here in Los Angeles and people are going about their daily activities peacefully.
My first chat this morning was with Mr. Dave and Mr. Herman about my door key which gets stuck in the lock so that I have to struggle with it to get it out whenever I 🔐lock or unlock the door. I am struggling with it for five or ten minutes after I open the door returning, or after I lock the door leaving. Has someone "jimmied" the lock.? Has someone been trying to pick the lock on my door? I always leave heavy suitcases filled with books behind the door whenever I am in or out. Because of continual Espionage, and because live in around rather eccentric and strange people who really don't have good sense in the first place, and also they live be all kinds of different sets of oaths, and rites, and spells, and hexes, and rituals, and affirmations and prayers, and values, and tribalisms. Some have no sense at all retarding another person's privacy, or boundaries, or ownership. Very different and conflicting social customs meet here in Los Angeles. Some people just can't control themselves. They have vices and they are slaves to their desires and impulses, and rotten habits. They've got a bad case of the, "I just can't help it." Well I am just unavailable to people with these rotten bad habits that they just can't help activating. Impromptu.
So, I always barricade my door. I have lived in my hometown for a long time. The intrigue never stops. Believe me when I say that there is endless, relentlessly, perpetual intrigue in this place. It's enchanted.
I don't know what has caused this sudden trouble with the lock. It was working fine and then all of a sudden calamity.
So, when I returned from my community errands, I had a conversation with Angela. Who had a conversation with maintenance. Then I had another conversation with Mr. Herman. Who made a new copy of my door key but the new copy didn't work at all. So it was necessary for Mr. Herman to change the whole lock because the got stuck in the lock and could be removed.🔐🤔🙄😐😒😕.
The maintenance men put their heads together and now I have completely new lock installed and a new key. Herman instructed me to throw away the old key. And I have put the new door key on my permanent key ⛓chain. So, I,m good to go. Thank God. 😊
I completed two community errands this morning.
First I went to the bank. The administration was very helpful indeed. The transactions went very smoothly 👌👍. I am so proud of us. I am so happy that I chose this these companies from among all the others who were either clambering for my business or declining to do business with me. God knows best.

Then, purely by accident,
I attended a funeral at The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles. I saw several of my old friend 2002 or earlier. Fr. Francis Mendoza was one the priests officiating. The Cantor was Mark Lane, and I saw other familiar faces.

John MacArthur presumes to represent the Lord, but the Lord hasn't sanctioned his ministry as he refuses to give him the anointing of the Holy Spirit. So because he doesn't have the anointing of the Holy Spirit, in order to 'keep it going,' he is forced to rely on soul power that is energized by a religious spirit. One of the main reasons the Lord backs off from giving ministers the anointing of the Holy Spirit is because they're walking in presumption (i.e. doing their own thing in his name). The Lord gave the following stern warning about it in Isaiah 50:11:
"Behold all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: Walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow."
