Great question! I just cold messaged and emailed real estate agents. Most of them have their email addresses online or at least on their FB Page. I didn't include any statistics or success measures, but I know GHL is coming out with an easy way to not only track success, but also respond to comments directly inside the social posting tool. Also, with keywords, GHL now has the ability to auto reply to messages that contain a keyword, similar to how Manychat works, so that opens up a whole new world as well.
I would only do that if it was in different parts of the country or state. Not in the same city. And even with that, I would use the A.I. to change up the title and description.
Great question! There are a number of ways you could do this, but one way is to set up a demo account FB page for that industry, and then use the posting tool to post a few posts to that account. Another way is to just send them a few of them as an image.
If I already manage their FB page, is it ok to sign in under my account and then select their page (to skip them having to hop on a zoom) or is that a big no-no?
Do YOU need their login details to do it, because when I click connect facebook it takes me to the login page. Also it says they must have a page, so are individual accounts not allowed?
They will need to log in to it the first time. Once they connect it with their login details, then you can post on their account without having to login. I typically meet them over zoom and have them connect the first time.
@@Trendify I'm assuming individual accounts are not allowed to connect as it says you must be a page admin or editor when you try to connect with Facebook. Would you recommend joining different groups and contacting the admins?

so you do the same post for multiple but change names,etc.What if they notice if its a smaller local businesses
