Hybrid Theory is the best album of all time. Had it when it first came out at the age of 9. Now I'm 27 and still enjoy listening to it as much as I did then. That damn album was, and still is, powerful.
True, I am also one of those who would cry when a new album came out and they had changed their style, But only 20 years later when they still relevent and making music that is loved by young and old did i realise it was because they moved with times that kept them at the top and i would soon come to love the new stuff too. They had the vision and strength to make new music even if it upset the present fans cus they knew we would come to love it anyways and they were right. Oh my god. I only just got into Linkin Park last week and I can't stop listening to their first album. I can't stop watching this live video. I can't stop just getting lost in their music. It hits so close to home. I've heard of them before but never really took the time. I feel so stupid. The music is hard hitting but the lyrics to me are even more hard hitting. It speaks volumes about so many feelings that have been inside me for almost all my life. Angst, self hatred, sadness, loneliness, feeling like a failure. RIP Chester, I wish I had a chance to see this live, I wish I gave Linkin Park a chance before you passed.
I had a dream, to meet Linkin Park band at least once in my life. But now, when we lost Chester... It's a pain to realize, that one of the biggest dreams in my life will never come true. He deserved to live...
I had the same dream and finally met them in June 2017 in Madrid. And also had the big luck to have the meet and gr. I have a photo with Chester giving me a hug. That was one of the best days in my life for sure. I can only remind seeing Chester getting into to room.. my heart almost stopped.. my whole life waiting for that moment..Really sorry to hear you couldn´t meet him and see a live show. He was unique and so loved by all of us. Still can´t believe he´s gone.
Met them live in 2010 or 2011 in bangkok, when i was 8. My brother was on top of my dad chester saw him and threw a necklace to my brother, it missed and chester saw. Asked rob for extra drum sticks and gave it to me and bro. Wat a fukin guy class act. My fav band of all time and still cant process that chester is gone :(
his voice was so powerful. his stage presence was incredible. his scream was angelic. there will never, ever be another chester bennington. i never got to see him live, but i am able to say that i lived at the same time as this legend. man i literally grew up with linkin park. my mum was playing it non stop while i was still in the womb. the only reason i'm still alive today is because of linkin park. chester's death broke me, but his lyrics have been slowly healing me. 1976 - forever. rest easy angel ♡

It’s amazing how one band can change your life. The first album I bought was Hybrid Theory and it was the album that got me into music. Chester sang the feelings I couldn’t express, and he impacted mine, and millions of others, lives. RIP man, the world really is poorer for your passing. A truly wonderful entertainer and an even better person.
it was the same for me. i was an angry 18yr old with a heroin addiction.i had heard of one step closer before i got locked up and in the beginning of my lockup. linkin park was playing on our little version of mtv (rage ABC) usually after midnight so i got my mum to buy me hybrid theory on cd for discman lol.sitting in my cell for days upon days listening to linkingin park. it helped me become who i am today. haven't touched the gear for over 21 yrs thankyou chester and LP for helping me turn my life around
Saw LP live 5 times. Nothing can ever touch the energy level of a live LP show. My thoughts and prayers will always be with Chester’s family and children. Hope his kids always know how many people he touched and actually saved despite what he couldn’t overcome.

So impressive he can hit these notes while running around 💯
100% best singer in rock ever

CT-1895/ Chan what?
Where are you from
@Chavezlafia I originally thought he heavily used autotune so while I heard his music I didn't take him seriously now these actually proved me wrong
Dude, u should listen to Tool, if u don't already. Their bass, drums, lyrics are fucking genius.... As are the videos actually.
I had a dream, to meet Linkin Park band at least once in my life. But now, when we lost Chester... It's a pain to realize, that one of the biggest dreams in my life will never come true. He deserved to live...
What's more sad is not seeing a Grey Daze reunion (another band with Chester). I think there was supposed to be a reunion last year...
I wanted ti see them... I thought,it's fine, I'll just wait, they'll come back around next year...
Little did I know... dammit...
Everyone deserves to live, fuck mental illness
Chester was so good he could make people Faint at concerts, people would RunAway at how awesome he was and In The End they would Bleed It Out over concert tickets and get a Papercut.
Chester is eternal. That's all I have to say.
Mayara de Souza Barros Rip my dear friend ...Made a cover for you..chester.. chazzy .... In endless hearts

artistically overrated imo, RIP
Great thing to comment on a video of the band, and comments full of people to idolize the man, well done :/
Every time he performed he did it with energy, passion, and connection.
He was an empath
Chester is Immortal. Linkin Park ROCKS🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Damn. Chester Bennington was a real legend. Can't stop listen to this. One of the best live performance ever !!!
The energy, the performance, the Chester.

Did Chester ever have a voicecrack !? That man is a BEAST !
Fatin Sadab he probably did. One of my colleagues can scream like him but not while singng rly and after he stopped, it was really difficult for him to talk as he will have voice cracks and throat pain.
Fatin Sadab he did he was unable to perform or record for a little while and had to go thru vocal rehab to get back on track came back stronger and better
Yeah I saw one crack and it was beautiful
Fatin Sadab it was at a burn it down performance at a music award thing in 2012. The rest of the song was sang wonderfully though
Fatin Sadab no but he has a lung crack 😂
The energy and vibes at their concerts were just unbelievable 🔥
That intro gives me goosebumps 💖
I miss him more and more. I don't believe that we will not hear his voice anymore.

@@chris4181 good for you man. keep it up :)
Linkin park and nickelback are the bands that provide studio quality live concert ❤️❤️
Queen and KISS as well
Saw LP live 5 times. Nothing can ever touch the energy level of a live LP show. My thoughts and prayers will always be with Chester’s family and children. Hope his kids always know how many people he touched and actually saved despite what he couldn’t overcome.
No fucking autotune, Chester was body and soul on his songs.
Man, tired of seeing RIP. What nobody realizes, he's right here with you, forever in this video. Put your hand on your chest. Feel that heart beating, he lives there too....
IRONMAN000 Chester is like Tupac,They were just immortal
❤️
This band was my first live concert ever. Chester was the first celebrity I ever cried over after passing. I'm blessed I had that experience. It is still my favorite concert ever. Rip Chester.
Imagine being on a thrill ride while listening to these gods of metal

I had tickets to go see them live for the first time ever. I was so excited. Only 2 weeks before the show, my sister woke me up to the news about Chester. I was so sad and I never got to see them live :(
Linkin park put their all into being such a unique group. Will forever be in my hall of fame.
And that's how you bond with your audience.
Thank you for everything Chester, you will be missed forever
I didn't have the chance to see them live with Chester. And I'm angry about me that I didn't go to one of their shows. Thought I will go next time... We love you Chester.
SAME HERE :(
Same, man. I was actually very close to going to this one in the video but I left England a few days before this :(
music life same I wanted to go to one of his concerts
@Tens, ROFL. I think LP would greatly disagree. There are many fans that never got to see them live.
Tens so you're saying if someone can't afford to go to a concert, they can't be a fan?
Still gives me chills, absolutely a legend and will be missed by many 😢
Please don’t let Linkin Park’s songs Become memes, don’t put it on Tik Tok and Gacha
Don’t ruin them
Just Let the songs rest
Let the songs be what they are
They ruined crawling and in the end sadly
I think you’re placing too much importance on the dumb shit other people do.
