Even with Westfield leaving the US market it's a successful mall with a low vacancy rate. It lost the Lord & Taylor through no fault of its own of course, and in any event the L&T was an odd tenant for a mall with a rather low-income customer base. I'm reasonably sure the mall will continue to do well after Westfield sells it.
I'm in west Babylon with a TH-cam channel but I've only been to the capitol one bank adjacent from mall, since last week switched from chase..i would try to record but i don't need the to be hassled by anyone and explain myself, but it is sad. My dad who recently passed from blood cancer worked for sears automotive in 70s 80s.
I’m truly sorry Daven for your loss. If you do want a way to record the mall without getting hassled by security or anyone, what I do is I just use my phone and usually I would drop down to my waist line to make it appear I am just holding it.

My mom might like the video she was there when she was 16 with her friend Donna that she lost 18 yrs ago, the made a day of it when Donna got her license and the had Burger King. I haven't been there since i was a teen Christmas shopping for family with my hard earned wages hot topic for me $80 dollar swiss multi knife for my dad ect..im now 40.
No wreaking ball, this mall does pretty well and it has gone through a transformation over the years as many of its more expensive brands left and been replaced with local businesses as Bayshore is a split community with wealthy and blue collar workers living in the same town so it has a affect on the mall. I titled the video comes from the fact the mall owners are leaving the U.S. since they are based in Europe and see the U.S. as not a improving market so all of there properties are up for sale including this one.

I agree, these mall does pretty well especially with sunrise now gone so this mall is in no danger of struggling.
