I've never understood that either.....it'll be an amazing interview with Hendrix or Jimmy Page, Andy etc....if it's more than 1 or 2 parts....the drop off can be tremendous. whatever...I stick it out and get all the info...probably what separates the men from the boys so to speak...why most people don't make it where they'd like to be in life....it's not a stretch..
I completely agree. I'm a guitarist, and I can say that the majority of guitar players are idiotic and have short attention spans. I've met many guitarist and watched many play on TH-cam and most of them seem to be "one-trick pony" of sorts. They can learn to play any song of their choice, but they don't understand how to make music and aren't unique. Now, there are talented guitarists out there who can make their own music, but the majority only seem to emulate others or are bland players.

I compare soloing is like kooking! a nice pasta. for example you put water, or c salt d# peper E and so you make melodies!
