As a resident of the area, we definitely have localized flooding that becomes impassable during more severe storms. I like to refer to it as lake park/Edgewood. We have seen many people on Talbot get stuck during a bad rain, and not tropical level storms. Just every day 2 pm rains if they last long enough. Just the locals’ 2 cents!
