Jeez Hiro really was just as popular for merchandise as like Thomas. Well now things have changed to All Engines Go (to hell) but I will never forget or stop loving the original series.
All of the variety of Trackmaster/Tomy plarail Hiro are absolutely great he is a pretty great character and a really nice voice provided by Togo Igawa. I absolutely like the Trackmaster hit toy company version of Hiro and even the Fisher-Price version and the snowstorm version does look pretty cool too but, my favorite version of Hiro has to be his Tomy plarail counterpart because of how amazing it is and the patchwork version looks pretty great too even though it is a thomastown exclusive and I would absolutely positively would love to get this item someday along with the normal version of him because I was going to have this in Christmas of 2020 but, I end up getting the Trackmaster Revolution kind and we used to have that and used to be one of my brothers but, then it isn't working very well and I reused the tender wheels for my custom Chinese tender engine and I still have the very first Hiro to this day lying around about the Trackmaster Revolution version of Hiro it does look pretty nice pretty nice on one of the details however, the details could have been better and desired such as at the back of Heroes tender his lamp is just plain black and it should have been gold. Overall really nice showcase on variety on Trackmaster/Tomy plarail Hiro.
Yeah! That was my Christmas present from my Aunt Bree in December 25th 2009! The 2009 hit toy company of Trackmaster Hiro with a Black Brake van called Hiro Good As New! I always wanted that locomotive because He was my first favorite Thomas and Friends character! My Aunt Bree knew that I had been wanting to go to bed with him so I took the engine But the tender and the caboose. My Dad swore it was a Take-n-Play. My Mom already knew it was a Trackmaster! She didn’t even put a double a battery in it. Even when I was still 4 or 5 I was wanting to keep that 2009 release of Hiro to myself cause I’ve been thinking that Hiro is my hero too! I was holding only the train very much! And once my baby brother came in, I was very mad because I was afraid that He would take it from Me because I knew He loved Thomas and Friends too! When I was in the age of 4 and 5, I was sleeping with Hiro, I was going to the bathroom with Hiro and Eating with Hiro! After these stories, My Mom threw it away because she noticed that it was damaged. The Engine and the coal tender but the black caboose! The tender wasn’t damaged but the engine. And when I had been wanting that Regular Trackmaster Hiro that came with the caboose again after we got home from vacation on that day, I literally got it back in the mail! I even was handling it by testing it on the Trackmaster Tracks! I even knew that Hiro is still my favorite Thomas and Friends character!
I like all Hiro releases and think they all look great! (And the All Engines Go! Hiro looks good in terms of how good an All Engines Go! Train can look) My favorite is probably the Plarail Patchwork Hiro so of course it goes for VERY VERY VERY HIGH PRICES! 😭😭😭
