    Nan - your recipes are amazing! And great tip on cleaning food processor blade. Which tofu firmness do you use? Thank you!

      Hi Jennifer, how kind of you. Thank you! Point I use the boxed, shelf stable, organic, Moro Nu silken tofu. There is no designation of firmness on package.

      @@NanSimonsen I was wondering the same thing about the firmness. I've never seen a package like that. Usually they say soft, firm or extra firm. I think I'll try it with firm to see what happens.

      @@carbar60 Hi Jennifer! For the vegan sour cream it’s silken tofu. It’s on the shelf where you find other Asian foods, not in the refrigerator section. Some silken tofu has firmness grades, but the one I use is organic and the whole point of silken tofu is that it is more moist and silky than other tofu and therefore makes a beautiful sour cream. The brand that I use is Mori-Nu. It is sold in 12 ounce boxes. Be sure to get organic. You can buy it on Amazon, 12 boxes for $35. That’s about $.50-$.70 more than in the store but depending on where you live, that may be your best bet. It sits well on the shelf for a long long time. 🌻🥰🌻

      They are Tupperware. I haven’t seen a catalog in a long time, and I don’t know if they still make them. But they are two sizes that fit most bottles, and there’s a rack that spins to save room. I’ve had them for 35 years.🌻🥰🌻

    How long will this last in the refrigerator?

      I kept it for about a week, and I also froze them and just reheated. I even crumbled them on a thick chopped veggies salad. The flavor is really good😊
