    6. No Noodles/unhealthy meals
    7. 6 liters of water (I drink much more daily but yeah)

    i’m in 12th grade and i’ll be taking up this challenge. i want to be a veterinarian and for that i don’t need to score that much but i atleast need something, i’ll maintain a personal record here! feel free to remind me :) starting- 1 october 2023, till 21 oct 2023
    1. wake up at 4 or 4:30 am study for an hour and study after school
    2. no timetable, achievable targets
    3. 2 litres of water per day
    4. 20 minutes of exercise
    5. no expectations!
    6. youtube and netflix only if daily targets achieved and just for an hour
    challenge accepted!
    day 1- 2L water ✅ daily goals (did one and couldn’t do the other one), woke up at 7.30 am since it was a sunday, exercise ✅
