Thank you. I was looking up how one could go about making that braid that Zelda had in Breathe of the Wild, and this closely resembles it (even if it was approached differently). Quite a few videos said it was a crown braid, but it was actually a headband braid, and you did your braid a lot neater, and that anchor point is also a very clever idea to keep the braid in place instead of pins.
Your young lady has beautiful natural color to her hair and my daughter isnt crazy about getting it cut in the salon, her texture is fine/ thick but I need to get her hair cut every three months to keep it strong.
That is a good practice. You could even up that schedule to every 6=7 weeks to get it to grow even stronger...especially with fine hair, as it tends to break easier and more often trims will help keep breakage down so the hair will continue to grow. Best of luck!!
I used to do hairstyles like this, it helped a lot to braid it in the direction I wanted to pull it, in other words if the braid is going up, instead of braiding it down and pulling it over, braid it up because then it’ll naturally go over and it won’t stick out as much
I just really like her hair but I'm not into cosplaying but please don't take that as hate. I'm just here for liking The future queen of the realm of darknesses hair
Start your braid up higher, an inch or so, and then you can anchor it up higher too............hopefully one of those will work. You probably need close to shoulder length hair, but give it a whirl if it's shorter!!
You did it the easy way (no multiple layers of French braiding) and there was absolutely no loss of beauty whatsoever. Bravo!
Fr though she did an amazing job

Oh! That braid anchoring is genius! I always try to use pins, and they inevitably eventually wiggle out. Thank you for the tip!
Aw you are welcome!! :)
Yes, pins definitely won't stay in all day with an active younger child. This is a great idea.
This is way more simple than other tutorials!! I love it and what beautiful thick hair the girl has

Did she color her hair
She’s pretty young so I doubt she colors her hair! She’s obviously a natural blond!
Hey! Please help me :( when I try this, I am not able to put the braid to other side my hair are too small :(
what if your hair is not long enough?
Start your braid up higher, an inch or so, and then you can anchor it up higher too............hopefully one of those will work. You probably need close to shoulder length hair, but give it a whirl if it's shorter!!
